After the product Delivery. While installation time I get to know from the person who was installing the camera’s. Firstly i clear that the installer person has a huge years of experience on this camera Fitment Line(not a Beginner).He was facing problems with the connectors which was come in the box . He was telling that the quality of the connectors are very poor.That’s why 3 layer of shadow are appearing in monitor/TV. And While zooming little bit the image is also getting blur, images are not showing clearly even under 3m.While the distance mentioned on the camera box is 3.5 m of with 5MP camera.I was most trustable Customer on the Hik-Vision Brand, only before buying this Product.I didn’t expected this from Hik-Vision cameras while Comparing with the price.Camera cost at : 5800 Rs per Piece of camera.Clearly I’m not SATISFIED with the product i have get, didn’t expected this with such products. Please make usefull changes which has to be made and get a solution for such problems which i m facing. Thank you 🙏🏻

Power supply box is not branded very poor power supply box other then that camera are little better

Camera quality is good but Product one missing in box , contact so many time to seller but. O response. At discription showing hard disk is servileance but HDD is refurbished. HDMI cable also missing. Cable quality also low.
