T remote control came before time and was exactly what I needed, the service from Cherry Pick electronics was excellent and the price was spot on, I will recommend them to my friends and will keep their name in my book for future puchases, many thanks,regards Keith.

I ordered 2 (1 for me, 1 for my Father) and they arrived well packaged by 2nd class post. Identical to our originals except there's no Ferguson logo across the bottom. I tried them both on my box and found the power button won't turn it on from a deep standby (screen is blank with just a dim red LED showing), I then turned the box on manually and found all buttons including the power button work on the replacement remotes. I could power the box up and down from Standby when the digi clock is showing. The same results were found later at my Father's house on his box, not a major issue and not worth sending back for.

The buttons I used most on the old remote were worn and didn't work properly. This looks identical but works properly!

Brilliant, no programming required, I just swapped the batteries and threw the old one away

The remote would not work for the model it claimed it would work for.I was given a fast and full refund when i complained.

Delivered quickly and works except for the power button.
