Update: Customer service reached out to me and offered a full refund. A few weeks later further follow up occurred to ensure I received the refund and I was offered an additional gift card if I updated my review. Customer service has been 5/5 for sure. The product detail remains the same. Perhaps we might try purchasing again next hot season to see if it was a defected piece and the next one would endure more use.Original Post: This product would be 5/5 stars if the seam didn’t burst open after the 5th use. The water wasn’t even on at full pressure and it broke open and spilled everywhere. Not worth it. The last splash pad we purchased lasted 3 summers, this lasted 6 weeks.

This is our third one they all last about one to two months with moderate use. The seam breaks on the side, and then it’s useless. They give you a patch kit which will not work on a seam and you have to buy your own glue to even apply the patch kit. Look elsewhereSeller reached out to me with several emails to make it right. Great customer service and will update review once I try the product again.

After only 2-3 uses there started to be pinhole leaks around the seams and the patch kit didn’t help since it’s the seams. This was the second one that I bought and both had problems with leaks.**update- the seller reached out to me and offered an exchange or refund. Customer service was great so I added an extra star, hopefully I just had faulty ones and that isn’t the norm.

Quality excellent but the size is small. Expecting to fit two adults standing but it can only fit one. I saw the dimensions and though oh this would be like the Costco size water pad. No half the size of that big one. Oh well, for the price it’s what it is.

UPDATE: After my original one star review customer service promptly messaged me and asked if they could help with anything. After explaining everything they again responded quickly and offered a great fix. This company was great to work with and really stands by their product. The material of the pad is great the seams were the issue. I hope my first one was just a manufacturing issue and the next one won’t have this issue. My children loved it right away and with this size it was great. I would work with this company again if ever needed.Low pressure use and the seams broke open after the second use. Very disappointed.

UPDATE:Contacted the company and they immediately sent me a new one. It was a defect in the seam. They were excellent and paid for my shipping for the new one. Great customer service and my son loves the splash pad and it is nonslip which is good.I just bought this on July 13th and have only used it maybe 3 times and it ALREADY has a hole in it.

I bought this to entertain and cool off my two German Shepherds and a lab. It works great, the dogs love it, especially that they can roll in the water, play with the streams of water and run full speed through it well playing. Does not require the clean-up of the small wading pool. We are in South Texas where it's has been over 100 for weeks, we leave this out, hooked up and turn it on periodically for the dogs to play in. With two large dogs and a puppy rough housing on it and being left out in the hot harsh Texas sun, it seems to be doing fine a week into our ownership experience. Well worth the money in my opinion. We purchased the 94.4" version.

It's great! We've had at least 5 of these throughout the years before we bought this one. It's perfect! The size is perfect for my four kids and they love it. It is durable too. I like the material . We have 2 big dogs and one who loves water. She goes in and out of it no problem. We haven't had a rip or a hole in it yet! Unlike the last ones that would break after a couple months. Also, the bottom where the hose connects is well made. The last ones we had were just in a awkward spot and would spray tons of water out where it connects. This one does not do that. I highly recommend this product.

Bought for our 3 year old and 1 year old grandkids. They had a great time running through the streams of water. Well, the one year old mostly sat beside it and tried to drink the spray :-)Nice change from a wading pool to keep cool.

Smaller than what I wanted

This is the perfect size for our backyard! It’s so big and our granddaughter loves it! Easy to set up and the package came with 3 “patches” in case we needed to repair any unwanted holes.Adults can easily use it to quickly cool off too!

The splash pad was great while it lasted but very short lived. The fabric ripped quite easily surrounding the nossel. Unfortunately it didn’t even last one season.
