The best shredder i have ever own , cuts very small , great value

I like this shredder. It's not exactly quiet, but it does the job. It has a good sized receptacle that pulls out for easy dumping. It's a good size for a home office, and it is on wheels, so it moves around easily. I haven't had any issues with it clogging or overheating.

I've noticed some negative reviews for this shredder, and I believe many of them are due to IMPROPER USE. This is an inexpensive shredder, so it requires some care to perform well. Although it's advertised to handle 8 pages at a time, you SHOULDN’T push it to its limit. For optimal performance and to avoid jams, I recommend shredding no more than 4 pages at a time. Additionally, this is not an industrial-grade shredder, so it will overheat if you use it continuously for long periods. If it starts to overheat, let the machine rest before continuing. Patience is key with this shredder. Take care of your shredder and your shredder will take care of you.

I love the micro shred. This particular shredder is good for the price. I like the pull out bin for emptying instead of lifting off the top. My old shredder I had to lift off the heavy motor on top to empty it and that became too difficult for me because of my arthritis. The pull out bin is so much easier. I read some previous feedback before I decided to order this one. Previous feedback states this shredder is very quiet. I do not find this shredder to be any more quiet than any other. Casters are a plus.

I bought this because my other shredder died after many years. I wanted to replace it with the same kind but the other brand was a lot more expensive. I found this one and decided to give it a try. So far it is doing a good job. It doesn't take as much as my old one but that saved me half the cost. As long as it last half as long it will be a cost wash. Seems to cut up good as long as you don't try to cut too many sheets at a time. Wastebasket is also smaller but isn't ridiculously small. It also doesn't fill up my outside can when I empty like the old one. All in all good shredder.

Purchased 9/7/2024 have barely used. Now will not even turn on. Bad product!!

This Bonsaii Paper Shredder is a really GREAT Product. The resultant shredded paper is not only cut into 1/4" wide strips, but then the shreds are cut into 1/2" long pieces and wrinkled severely in the process. A really complete job shredding paper. The Bonsaii is advertised as being able to shred 8 sheets of paper (20 lb bond?) at once. It does show symptoms of strain when trying to shred this many sheets - the machines way of complaining, I guess. So I rarely shred more than six sheets at a time. Thicker paper, even old Credit Cards pose no problem to this device. Just don't ask it to do more than its intended to do - It doesn't like it. An added plus is given for the free fast delivery. I got the product in about three days from ordering. Outstanding!

This is a well made shredder, and it’s the perfect size for my home office. There’s no assembly, it’s ready right out of the box. It’s more quiet than my old one, and it makes such small bits that I think it would be impossible to piece the documents back together! It’s fast and I think it’ll last a long time.
