My 1864 Cub Cadet amp light was going on when the mower was engaged. Found out this little thing was my problem. Installed it and no more amp light coming on when mower is engaged. ALSO this little thing is a replica of the OEM part without the OEM price. Look at the Kohler or Cub Cadet ones then look at this one. Same thing just without the "K" on it for Kohler or the OEM price. Hope this helps.
