The watch was missing from the box in my first delivery. I contacted the supplier who apologised and sent a replacement. This was received in under 48 hours. The watch is easy to set up, very simple to use and excellent value for money. My husband is really pleased with it and would recommend it. Excellent customer service.

Had a few cheap smart watches in my time but this one’s the best! It don’t feel cheap, screen quality is clear, does everything you need to on it! Highly impressed should actually cost more

Compared to the Google Pixel Watch, the battery on this watch lasts for ages with well over a week between charges, instead of every day. To set it up and pair it with my Android phone, I needed to download the H Band app from Google Play Store and it does, despite the privacy statement, involve sharing your data with a Chinese company.You can receive notifications from most of the major apps and I’ve set it up to notify and show me WhatsApp messages, Gmail emails and text messages. It has all the usual health and activity monitoring modules - pedometer, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep, etc. - and you can set your daily steps and sleep goals. I would take some of the information with a pinch of salt. During an 8 hour downpour, it showed the weather as sunny and claimed that I’d slept for 8½ hour instead of 6 hours! It can also track walks or runs on Google maps.You can add up to 10 contacts from your phone onto the watch to call them direct from it. It’s also possible to skip forwards or backwards the music playing on your phone and adjust the volume too. It is worth bearing in mind that for these and most other features to work, the watch does need to be within Bluetooth range of the phone.Navigating the watch is OK, the touchscreen is fairly accurate and you can change the layout and display. The build is lightweight.It is a bargain but I’m not 100% convinced about the accuracy of the data.

I am an Apple Watch user but needed a temporary replacement as mine was being repaired. I’m blown away by this watch , its screen resolution is very clear , touch sensitivity as good as my apple , it’s a large display so you can have lots of information displayed and easy to read. Had a good selection of watch faces available via the app. App is simple to use and intuitive. I paid just under £20 for mine and even at twice the price it would be a great purchase decision.I would highly recommend this model as I cannot see anyone being disappointed with this great watch.

Despite all the great reviews, I’m finding this watch rubbish. Apparently since I put it on two days ago I haven’t slept a single minute or walked a single step. It’s just not responsive at all. The Bluetooth calls part refuses to work despite it being connected and texts don’t come through at all. The blood pressure monitor is active but the results very questionable, and how a watch can detect blood glucose levels is a mystery. Complete waste of £20 but I guess you get what you pay for, which in this case is a watch only fit for the bin which is exactly where it’s going.

This is a handy, easy to use health tracker, that also takes calls. The volume is not the loudest however the other end can hear me loud and clear and i can carry on a conversation well enough. The health tracker is great and keeps tabs on my stats which are also downloaded onto an app on my phone. It also has your local weather forecast. I would add I have never had an apple watch so nothing to compare it too, however, it does everything I need it to and is very reasonably priced so I am very happy with this gadget.

It was a gift for my wife and she's absolutely loves it. Looks great and easy to operate very light weight and many futures. I strongly recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  What probably most impressed me about this Smart Watch is the Quality you get for the low cost in price. It appears well made, is sleek and looks good on the wrist - Yet it has a large screen which can be easily read/used. It’s waterproof, rechargeable and has numerous functions/modes to do with fitness, such as monitors your blood oxygen levels and pulse etc. As well as all this, it also tells the time! It’ll be a watch I use not just for sports, but for everyday usage. Finally, it also has a magnetic charging cable which attaches easily using a magnet to the back of the watch to charge it. It doesn’t take too long to charge either and has a good battery life within charges. Very Happy with this watch. Thank you.
