I bought this "brooch" to add to an old Rev War hat that was well worn, but just right for a Pirate Impression, at a Pirate event or a Pirate Weekend at a Renn Faire. I wear a 7 and 5/8 hat and you can see the size comparison to the hat and the had and brooch when I'm wearing the hat.

Bought two and they are both bent and cheap. Wished I never bought them. Stay clear!
