Alvarez Gomez Agua De Colonia Concentrada Eau De Cologne, 300 ml

Such a great agua de colonia. It's a family gem, this one. It's very fresh and great for an after shower splash of citrus. I would not say that it has much longevity after you put it on, but I guess by its very nature, that's not its purpose. However, I have found that if you wear it regularly, the smell lingers in your clothes, which is quite nice. Not a very strong smell but it's recognisable. I have purchased this multiple times and think it's good value for money.

In the eagerness to buy the larger bottle we did not realise it was not a spray bottle. The bottle doesn’t pour easily and there is spillage when trying to use it. Also there is an unpleasant background odour from the spirit used in this version which wasn’t in our original spray bottle. Once the spirit used in this bottle has evaporated, the usual pleasant lemon fragrance does return but the bitter up front “spirit smell” puts me off. A cleaner, no smell spirit needs to be used to carry the citrus oils for the fragrance !

I'm totally in love with this medley of aromas that rise out of a splash of this Eau de Cologne. I am getting a powerful lemon/citrus hit that flows into a waterfall of florals. A mixture of geranium and lavender and more.. Definitely gave me feeling of freshly showered, dressed and just walking out the hotel on the way for a stroll on the beachfront accompanied with a great Spanish meal on the beach front. Beautiful, great uplifter too arrive in this Lockdown. Has my dreaming flowing in full swing. I found a good splash lasted about 5-6 hours and a small splash refreshed it for another 6 hrs. Highly recommended..

I have just recieved this cologneot is nice. The box containing the perfume was decidedly battered, if it were a gift it could not be gifted. Whoever wrapped it employed a riem of brown paper to box it for delivery. Appalling.

Wonderful, timeless scent, that stands up alongside Trumpers, Floris et al. Clean and crisp.

Ein übersehenes Schätzchen. Ohne Hinweis aus einem Parfümforum hätte ich den Artikel nicht erworben. Erfrischend, sommerlich, für mich wunderschön.

Il mio profumo preferito, una vera e propria storica eccellenza, la nota predominante è il limone che lo rende freschissimo, piacevole, leggero, versatile per l'estate torrida o l'inverno, presenta anche note di erbe, in un mix gradevole, raro, diverso dai profumi aggressivi moderni e commerciali.

Ok doft, kommer räcka 5 år med den volymen på flaska:)

if it's a fake, it's an exceptionally good one (I have no reason to believe it is either)
