The most important aspect to know about this product is the entire track is made of cardboard. This comes in flat sheets, the stock of cardboard is a bit thicker than normal to help keep it more sturdy, however it could definitely be thicker again as it still tears extremely easily even when being careful. The instructions aren’t the best, mostly visual though could definitely be more detailed in regards to the exact track section it wants you to use, the instructions seems to prefer to tell you what number track it is afterwards so you know which section needs to be connected next. There’s enough information to figure it out though could be clearer. This being the smallest set will still take a fair amount of time to put together and takes up more room than you might expect, it’s also not very portable so I highly recommend building where you want it to be located. As a race track it definitely looks cooler than it plays, the marbles will shake the course quite a bit as they roll down. I suspect this will be wreaked completely after a few weeks of heavy use.Price point is about right for this kit with the overall experience (building is actually more fun than playing), though curb expectations on the finished product and its longevity. However I would definitely discourage against getting any of the larger kits due to the longevity issue.I hope the company rethinks these kits as it’s a really cool idea, perhaps if the tower sections in particular were made a lot more durable it would keep everything stable much more. As it is these are fun but very temporary.
