Very soft socks
These are very soft and comfortable. I've worn and washed these without any issues. These are a great deal for 3 pair of wool blend socks made in the USA. Nothing bad to say about them.

Super comfortable socks, but not the warmest
I'll admit I was actually pleasantly surprised by these socks. They're surprisingly silky and soft, feel great on the feet, fit well on my size 11 feet, colors are accurate, and feel cozy, but really only under the sheets. The weave is a bit too airy or breathable (which should be a good thing) and let's a lot of heat out. I'm not really sure if that's an expected result with socks marketed as woolen, even if just a wool blend. My feet were still felt the same as the environment in my room temperature-wise. They also fit my feet very well, but weren't super snug, so if you're looking more in the realm of compression socks or like your socks to really bear hug your feet, I wouldn't recommend these. The silky softness is great but comprises the warmth of the socks. And with the softness, they are slightly slippery on hardwood floors, although I actually enjoy this aspect :)

I love these socks. I love that they're made in the USA
Those of us who are a little older remember a time when you'd buy a pair of socks and they'd last you for years. But then globalization happened, and suddenly we were getting socks cheap (yay) but they'd feel like sandpaper on your feet (especially after the first wash) and within a few weeks they'd start fraying, developing holes, and otherwise falling apart (boo).Don't get me wrong, I love that we can all enjoy cheap things. But the pendulum has swung a little too far in the "cheap" direction, and I'm glad it's swinging the other way.You can probably find merino wool socks cheaper, but you won't find them better made than these. I never liked the scratchiness of wool, but the blend of 66% wool, 33% nylon, and 1% spandex makes these super comfortable to put on, even on dry winter days. The cushioning feels great and I love that the heel and toe have some extra padding. The best part: unlike big corporations which need to find the cheapest contractor to mass produce their socks, Burlington Sockas are made in Asheboro, Burlington, and Lumberton, North Carolina. As more and more American cities that once thrived on manufacturing are lost, it feels great to have money go to keep factories in the USA running. And I'm not talking about charity here; the quality of these are a thousand times better than what you'll find from the big brands that mass produce their socks using low wage workers under who-knows-what conditions. If these factories go, our children and grandchildren will never know what a decent sock looks and feels like. And while giving socks as gifts has become somewhat of a joke, give these and your recipient will absolutely appreciate it.

Their socks
Boy I Hate when I HAVE to say things aren’t great but they are almost bad here One good thing is when you put them on they feel good but that is where it ends the arch support (which is supposed to be there is just worthless the stay up isn’t there, these slide off my feet like well cheap socks I couldn’t tell if the padding in the heal was any good because the socks came off the heal so fast I could hardly get my shoes on. I was really hoping could call these American made product great, so sad. Just so you all know my feet are 10.5 us D size so I think the is in the one size. I am a vine reviewer so this is a no bones review. Burlington needs to do better, I am not sure about the other reviewers but seems that I am out of the pack, maybe I got the end of the run but these are not good

True to one size fits all. Fuzzy and cozy with good airflow!
Starting with putting on the sock, it's one size fits all which seems to be true! I take size 10 shoes and these I would say fit me great, if I had smaller feet it would form and fit, or larger it would stretch and hug them. These socks have that problem though where they don't really feel like there's a front or back side, I found when I put them on that they turn sideways.Comfort is next level. I've been trying a lot of merino wool socks recently and these have the most "wool" feel to them, VERY soft to the touch and thick, more fuzzy on the inside and sock-like fuzzy on the outside. They keep my feet cozy, but also allows some airflow which is what I want from a merino sock to be a truly everyday every season sock! The ankles go up pretty high, but not as high as the pictures show probably due to my calves being thicccck but they also stretched around to provide a good hug.No clumping and shedding so far in the washers. Also a little note, these are slippery on hard wood, and not even a shiny wood just normal flooring. Be careful lol!

Quality socks, perfect for winter
The husband complains about cold feet a lot, so I got him these wool blend crew socks from Burlington. I guess they are a hit, because yesterday he informed me that he needs more in different colors. These socks are really nice quality. They are thick enough to keep toes toasty during frigid temperatures, but not so bulky that they're going to make shoes / boots feel tight. My husband also likes that they are very stretchy, and give his ankles good coverage. Sometimes he complains about the ankle elastic being too tight, but with these socks that is not an issue at all.The colors are basic and will work with most clothing that he wears, and the reinforced toes and heel areas are Really Reinforced. Meaning, lots of socks say that they are reinforced in the heel and toe, but with these socks you can actually feel that the yarn is thicker there. We also both like that these are made in the USA, by a company that has been around since we were kids. When I ordered these crew socks they were selling for $12.25. At about 4 bucks a pair, for this good of a quality sock, I know I got an excellent value.
