I share this link with all of my athletes at beginning of season.
I coach cheer and have this available for my flyers if we are working new stunts one group at a time. I don’t like them having too much down time so they’re expected to practice or advance skills and this has helped a lot of my flyers improve their flexibility and learn new body positions.
