Dreame D10 Plus Robot Vacuum Cleaner & Mop with 2.5L Self Emptying Station, LiDAR Navigation-Obstacle Detection-Editable Map, 4000Pa, Hard Floor-Carpet, 170m Runtime, WiFi/APP/Alexa, 2 Years Warranty

This is an excellent robot vacuum. I’ve tried five or six different models, and this is definitely the best one I’ve used so far. I’m very satisfied with its overall cleaning performance and user experience. There are still a few areas that could be improved. For example, there are some low and narrow spaces in my bathroom where the robot doesn’t navigate very well, and occasionally it can get stuck. I hope more attention can be given to improving obstacle detection, navigation in tight or low spaces, and the robot’s ability to get itself unstuck. Other than these small issues, I’m extremely happy with it. Overall, it’s a very well-designed and capable machine.

Finally pulled the trigger on the dreame X60 ultra after months of research. What a great feeling to have clean floors without much effort. Not to mention the ability of the robot to go through steps. If you’re looking for convenience and the best robot in the market, I would suggest getting this.

Really impressed with the Dreame X50 Ultra. Great vacuuming and mopping, smart navigation, and the self-cleaning dock is a huge convenience. Expensive, but worth it for the performance.

The Dreame X50 Ultra is an absolute powerhouse for home cleaning! The suction is incredible—up to 20,000Pa—and it handles both vacuuming and mopping effortlessly. I love the self-cleaning feature, which keeps maintenance minimal, and the liftable LDS sensor allows it to navigate multi-level furniture without a hitch. It even climbs thresholds up to 6cm, making it versatile across different floor types. The AI camera and bacterial removal technology add an extra layer of smart functionality and hygiene. Voice control is seamless, and knowing it’s backed by a 2-year warranty gives peace of mind. Overall, it’s a premium, high-tech solution for anyone who wants truly hands-off cleaning.

Robot was working great for around 5 months, after that it started acting weird and stopped working. It couldn't find his base station anymore and it would get stuck on doorways around 2cm in height that it was going over easily before that. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing helped. Tried eveything, including: - Factory reset - Robot reset - Map reset - Cleaning the sensors on the robot and the base - Etc At the end, I just ended up with a faulty unit. I won't buy their products anymore. It's a shame, as by pure functionalities it is one of the best on the market.

Great machine (robot) my floors have never shined before until I got this machine now they shine. Super easy to use and maintain. Now I can’t live without it.

Best robot cleaner so far. Use it everyday with pre-programmed schedule and my house is always clean:)

Very good for any size home

I’ve had this robot for a month or so now. I have a busy household with three pets. I was quite skeptical about robot cleaners in general but being time poor decided to purchase this one after doing some research. It has exceeded my expectations by a long way. My hard floors and carpets are cleaned to a very high standard. It’s not perfect it doesn’t replace the need to get the hoover out for a deeper clean. But it keeps on top of the cleaning and my floors and carpet look fresh and clean without needing to get the big hoover out every day and with the amount of pet hair in this house that is saying something. I have deep pile carpet and it works well pulling up the pile. The mopping function itself I am amazed at. The floors are scrubbed clean by this machine. It does a good job of cleaning and drying the pads too. In fact this machine takes care of itself really with the emptying of the water and dust. It’s really minimal maintenance. I’m also able to use the robot on the first floor by carrying it upstairs and creating a separate map. It works away from the dock and it comfortably hoovers upstairs without needing to recharge on the dock. It’s a great machine. It’s let down in my view slightly by an extremely unintuitive app and set up instructions that were confusing. Mine didn’t map automatically either so it was a faff getting this set up and working. But now it’s set up, it’s a breeze. It will randomly occasionally not return to the dock or you will get cleaning interrupted messages where it stops for no good reason but these are few and far between. The performance of this machine far outweighs the glitches and very annoying app. I am pleased I brought this machine it has been well worth the money. My floors are a lot cleaner and it saves a lot of time.
