Perfect for Body Pump workouts
I'm really pleased with this barbell. It's great quality and perfect for at home Body Pump workouts.It's quick and easy to get the plates on and off the bar. The quick lock collars were really stiff the first time I used them on the bar but have been easy to open and close since then. I much prefer them to spring collars, it's quicker to change out the plates with these.The shape of the plates makes them comfortable to hold when using freehand. And the part you grip is narrow enough not to make your hands ache after a couple of minutes or a few reps.The bar itself is smooth and light. It feels like there's barely any weight to it at all.

Jordan weight
Having used Jordan equipment at my local gym sports centre, l already knew the quality was excellent and multi functional. Individual weights are designed to be used as a dumbbell when doing an aerobic warm up for example as well as with a barbell. Great for home use.
