Gundry MDBio Complete 3, 3-in-1 Probiotics for Gut Health, Probiotic Supplements for Digestion, Supplement Supporting Bloating, Gas, Food Cravings, Energy Levels, Skin, and Focus, 30 Day Supply

The only time I feel regular and my gut is at peace is when I am taking these supplements! I have tried other probiotics that either didn't work or upset my GI and come back to these. These are the best, I have been using them for three years and will continue to use them. I wish I understood why they work so well.

UPDATE: I wrote a very positive review after trying it for just a few days. Nine days later, I've changed my opinion. After three days I woke up nauseous to the point of actually vomiting. I didn't make the connection between my nausea and the Bio Complete 3. Thought it was from taking a morning med on an empty stomach. I didn't take the Bio for the next day or so and then cut back to 1 a day. A week later, I'm still nauseous and have added constipation, bloating, headache and a REALLY bad case of the blahs [this despite our Ohio weather has been fabulous!]Today I received an email from Amazon with a potential customer question. was this gluten free? I decided to check out the ingredients. Although it is gluten free, it's given me the same reaction I get with gluten.Now I know why. It has methyl cellulous [also used in eye drops] which causes bloating, microcrystalline [which causes gas, bloating, depression, forgetfulness, lack of energy, and headaches], and maltodextrin [which is a sugar substitute that has tons of articles debating whether it's safe or not].BOTTOM LINE: I just threw my Bio Complete 3 out. It may work for some [Dr. Gundry's video was convincing]. But I've just wasted a week of my life...which makes me very sad...but optimistic that I will now recover.HOLD ON....THERE'S MORE...I decided to check my other 3 highly recommended supplements to see what they contained. It turns out all contain some form of synthetic ingredients that improve the capsule, but are not related to the purpose of the supplement. The FDA labels many of these as GRAS [generally recognized as safe although my perception is that they have not been tested and the FDA lists certain guidelines to follow. I am beginning to question if taking multiple supplements is exceeding the FDA's guidelines for GRAS. I've been experiencing some strange and unexplained development of joint and muscle stiffness.I'm wondering if there is a connection. Just thought I'd pass this along.

I have ordered Bio complete 3 . It was successful when I needed it after taking for a year I was getting thrush on my tongue. So I went to once a day and still had thrush . I called to stop my order three months ago to stop the order and I continue to receive the order

even took extra every day, no weight loss, wasn't taking them to loss weight, wanted to feel better, didn't feel anything... but i still am a big time promoter of Probiotics... and if you take Probiotics, you have to take a lot, at least 5 different kinds, have felt some times Probiotics working... but with mutation our there, every couple of months, it's a Lossing battle... Long story, but now 80% of your immune system is in you gut, the last research, just a short time ago, and use Probiotics to try and activate my immune system with Probiotics, a couple of times over the years, worked great for a short time, even on my dogs, worked great, but then another Mutation comes along, and nocks us right back into Long Haul covid of sick again... so, good luck more to the Story, but can't write a couple of pages here... but They know, and aren't talking about it, or report it so little that you miss it... Like James C. said, "it's the economy stupid" eggs and milk prices are important... but take Probiotics, different kinds...

This is an excellent prebiotic. I tried 3 or 4 top rated probiotics, and either had no benefit, or intestinal distress. This one was different. I'm not saying it will fix your aches and pains, but it definitely makes me feel good. A square two poops per day, and minimal deviance, which after 40 is all you can expect from a probiotic. It is a little expensive, but in my experience with probiotics, you get what you pay for.

At the end of the day I think the marketing around this is kind of scammy. I decided to try this, I normally take a probiotic but have a lot of food noise and was hoping this might help. I have not noticed any benefits or improvement over what I was previously taking. It has not helped with digestion or regularity. The capsules are huge and smell terribly of fermented cheese. Not to mention the price is kind of high and has been increasing with every shipment. I’ve decided to end my monthly auto shipments and switch back to the pre/probiotics I was using previously.

This has been fantastic for me. I have had digestive issues for over 40 years. I had to eliminate things from my diet since in my 20's, like chocolate, caffine, gluten, sugar, fruit, onions, garlic and the list went on. After taking Bio Complete 3 for 3 weeks, I started checking what I could eat again and I could eat everything!!!! To be honest, because of the price, I only take one of these a day and use a 2nd full spectrum probiotic a day also. It works for me. I'm extremely grateful as this is the first time anything has helped me get to eat everything I've missed for so long. Of course, now I have to be careful not to gain too much weight, but I'd rather have that problem!

This stuff is wonderful.It helps with going to the bathroom and with bloating miss. I highly recommended for anybody with any kind of digestive problems.
