Works better than expected for Elektron Devices
I use this as a music and Midi hub for my elektron synths via overbridge on M1 MacBook Pro (with a standard usb to usbc) and PC having 3 devices running at the same time with zero issues.Solid build too, and as many ports as you could ask for.

Handy, shiny, and it works!
I bought this to replace three smaller USB hubs that are attached to a music workstation laptop computer. These tend to end up with a lot of devices hanging from their USB ports! I now have a lot less clutter in my music-making den, and the hub is able to provide USB power to a USB/MIDI keyboard (Samson Graphite) and an Arturial SparkLE controller, as well as things such as a Scarlett audio interface. The plus point for me is the separation of the USB data streams within the box, which helps prevent the devices attached from affecting each other's bandwidth if they are working hard, as they can be when there's a lot of music data flying about that is timing-critical.I'd only experienced issues once or twice with my old setup, but those issues have been fixed by moving to this flexible hub and freeing up two other ports on the laptop previously occupied by other hubs.It was no big deal to me that this hub is USB2.0, since only two bits of my music setup use USB3.x anyway, and they can use the laptop port "as is".While the ports around the edge of the hub are nice and discreet, the top ones, if you are really loading it up, can spoil the sleek look when they are hooked up! But that's my one gripe, and not enough of one to make it less than a 5-star gadget. It is, after all, there to do a job, and it does it well.

Excellent hub
Mine did come with the right power adapter (which I am using) and more importantly it is one of the few USB hubs available that have a Multiple Transaction Translator (MTT) which is essential for people wanting to use high bandwidth devices (e.g. audio interfaces) without them eating into each other's bandwidth. Good price, 7 ports, solid build and doesn't take up lots of space, working fine for me after several months of daily use.

Okish BUT,,,
It works but not with what I intended it for 🙄... I wanted it for a virus Ti 2 darkstar synthesizer but it doesn't work very well with it even though MTT and powered... But moving some sun devices to it freed up my darkstar so now ok anyways 👍

Small but it works
I have had many hubs and only half of them ever work to a degree but this small hub is probably one of the best. Better for laptop than PC.

hub
Of great use, its small size means it packs away in hand held suitcases without too much effort and its lead forms part of the unit when packaging it away.

Missing UK power adaptor
Be careful when buying. I received this product with a foreign power adaptor which was of no use to me, but unfortunately after a month of Amazon looking into the fault, I still don't have a resolution so I've sent the item back. If you don't need the power adaptor it's a fine compact product, otherwise look elsewhere/buy carefully.
