Great product for the price ! Works great for 3d printer !

Used one so far and it works. Fuses all intact. Just what it is supposed to be.

I have had two of these fail within a few months of usage. Current going through does not exceed 3 A.Both units got very warm (hot) to the touch. The lighted switches in these sockets are pure garbage and will fail.Potential fire hazard here.I've included some pictures of a failed switch. Note the color difference on the contact (Dark one got HOT). Look at the inside of the switch and you see why. The fulcrum for the contact is the size of a pin head.

This is a decent switch- but I need to point out that the photos appear to show a double pole, four post switch. But what I received is a single pole, three post switch. It may seem like a minor detail but if you’re needing a switch that isolates both positive and negative channels, this switch is not that. This switch, being a single pole switch, only handles the positive channel.It appears that this didn’t used to be the case - as there is a question about how to wire this switch which details double-pole wiring.Two important notes:Wiring-So if you receive(d) this switch and are confused bu the wiring- you’ll need to connect the negative wire to the brass post and the positive wire to the center post. The remaining switch post is you’re load/line-out post. The negative (-) post is only there to power the light in the switch- you’ll need to wire directly to your negative source.Load power leakage-My electrical meter shows that this switch leaks approximately 1-2v while the switch is OFF.. The amperage is minuscule so it won’t power any device - but it makes the switch significantly less safe. This is important because anyone buying a fused switch presumably is doing so for safety reasons. This wouldn’t happen with a double pole switch. This is not unusual for a single pole, lighted switch.Summary-Decent switch, but it’s not what the product images show. For this reason I can not recommend this product. At some point corners were cut and this product is not what is pictured. It’s a cheaper version of a visually identical switch.

Great Recepticle but had to reverse a piece for the indicator light to work

I ordered these a while back and didnt look closely enough when I received them but they are not what is listed in the description. As another reviewer stated they substituted a 3 prong connection for the described four prong one and do not provide any wiring instructions. All the instruction videos I could find on the internet show how to wire the product this should have been. I have no use for this and am past my return window.
