I've been taking K2 Mk4 ever since being diagnosed with osteopenia. That was more than12 years ago. That's when I also started exercising more diligently, eating healthier and including K2 Mk4. My bone density actually increased and remained better for years. I was only recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and I'll be 66 in a little more than a month. It's only in my pelvis and just 'crossed over' by the numbers. I do credit this vitamin along with lifestyle change to better health. This pill is easy for me to digest. I'm not a big person and don't take the full dose all the time because it is so expensive - at least one a day. But I did slip from the edge of a high seat and land right on a wood floor right straight on my butt I swear I could hear it crack and don't forget I'm 64 and x-ray could not find anything but what they think may have been maybe a hairline hairline crack that they couldn't even be sure without lots of more intensive imaging but no break of my hip on my bone on my butt on my tailbone in a couple of weeks the medium to mild throbbing in pain from landing on the bone healed right up and is gone. My bones still very rocket and strong from using the supplement at 64 years of age I can't say for sure I am not a scientist. But no serious bone fracture from a very high forefoot from the ground right straight down no feet from butt on seat the butt on wood floor crash. I have read the research papers on MK4 they are available the actual research is available. I believe in penmanship. I have never felt ready to take more than one a day of these tablets the study to dosage in research was three of these a day not this brand but this vitamin. I had originally planned starting with one make sure there's no ill effects no nausea no this know that careful steady slow watchful and careful but have continued to just take the one and like others have said every morning when I wake up no gummy plaque all around my teeth. Stop taking this for 2 days wake up with a mouthful of plaque all around your teeth.

Great product that's tested by 3 different labs for purity. 15 mg is each capsule is great. I use 1 when I take my D3 in the morning and 1 capsule with dinner.I can't say for sure if it works but the scientific evidence, or whatever evidence is out there, says its a great product to take to direct calcium. I had a very hard time (reactions) with K2-MK7 ; none with MK4.I wish this were a bit cheaper though. Maybe a 6 month supply give 25% off?

i have read many articles about the benefits of k2 and it is one of the most important and lacking for our health.this includes bone,cardio,hormonal and various other issues.i am a 53 year old male in good health(for my age) and i lift weights and practice karate as well as cardio (usually 2 times a week).i am underweight but find being active is vital.aches and pains along with loss of muscle mass reminds me of my age.i have experimented over the last 5 years with both mk-4 and mk-7.i get dry skin and deformed fingernails as well as low body temps when i get too much k2.for me, the mk-4 has proven to be the one that my body utilizes the best.i think this is something everyone has to find out for themselves.a good marker is the health of my teeth.this brand is very good quality and have very little side effects if i take just one capsule a day.it really helps with testosterone levels among other benefits. VERY IMPORTANT:there are co-factors that must be included with k2.these are magnesium,calcium and viamin d3.there are other important factors but these are the big 3.if they arent in balance, there will be problems.i am still fine tuning dosages and the timing of taking these supplements but getting more in tune with what i need.i just started taking boron (3 mg a day) and it really made a huge improvement.its easy to over do supplements.more is not always better.its best to use the minimum when possible.this is great product but i cant say its right for all.i hope this will be helpful for a few people.
