the blade on my taurus 3 ring saw broke, so I ordered these to replace the broken blade. I completed installation of this blade just before quitting time so I haven't had the chance to test it real well yet. I did turn on the saw and cut a test piece of glass just to make sure I had it installed correctly. It cut just fine and I did't see or feel anything different about the cutting process or the saw.At this time I have to say that the blade seems perfectly fine and cuts cleanly and in all directions. I work in stained glass, so my Taurus 3 ring saw is a very important piece of equipment for cutting curves that are near impossible to cut without breaking the piece of glass. I will give this blade a real work out when I return to the shop and if things go wrong I will update this review. So far so good, so at this time I am pleased with the blade.update: I gave this blade a good work out today, and it does a great job. the saw runs and sounds the same as it did with the original blade on it. It cuts cleanly and in all directions as it should. I gave this blade a 5 star ratings because there is no difference between this blade and the one that came on my saw. This blade will be so much more cost efficient as well. I so appreciate that I can replace the broken blade for this one and not break the bank. There were two blades included in this order, so I have a back up if something happens to this one. I absolutely recommend these blades to anyone needing to replace a broken blade on their taurus 3 ring saw. I am so glad I found them...

Breaks easy

I have an older Taurus 11.2 ring saw that I bought used and I know the blade is probably going to need replacement. This blade is a perfect replacement and hopefully will hold up well. Have a 2-pack is just a nice bonus!

I know these blades are 'supposed' to fit the taurus ring saw but I no sooner put it in the ring saw & it broke. I know I put it in right because I have changed blades before & never had this problem so I think it could be these blades.

At first blush it seems that these blades have good grip and grit. Don’t be fooled. Anybody experienced with their tool can feel the IRREGULAR TUGGING as this blade cuts glass. If you’re acquainted with the sound your machine makes, this too changes, adding a HIGH-PITCHED SQUEALING when under pressure AKA “working.” My new drive BELT BROKE. We’ll see how the return goes.Save money/ SAVE YOUR MACHINE and buy better rated materials.
