That's mighty important if you're ever going to use it to drink with. I was using it for Jewelry stuff so I didn't need to worry about that part. There's a lot of silicone cups that hikers use. I'd search that out if you only want to make for you. if you're wanting to go into production, contact the company itself. That's the only safe way. Good luck whichever way to go. **Q: Using a plaster mold, what do I coat the inside with? Also does it come out flexible or a hard plastic? Thanks** A: This makes a solid rubber but is mainly used to make the mold, not to pour in... As a mold, it is superb because nothing sticks to it ( you can use PAM spray if you need to). But if you pour it into your plaster mold, it may stick or come out sticky... There is a release gel to paint in for rubber if you can find it, comes in a can (flamable). If you want a hard plastic material or a foam, there are better and cheaper products. You will always want to use a release spray for these. **Q: I read on some reviews that you need a drying chamber or does this cure at room temperature without the use of any other machinery?** A: The material I used cured fine for the purpose I needed at room temperature in air. When working with the product you may entrap air bubbles if not careful and these could be removed with a pressure pot.
