Leaves hair very soft and manageable!
This is an easy conditioner to use. It has a convenient dispenser at the top, to help squeeze out small amounts. Simply apply it to scalp and hair after shampooing and massage it in for about 3 minutes. Then you rinse it out. It left my hair feeling very silky, easy to comb through, and shiny. It got rid of frizz problems. The price is high for this product, but this is a high quality item, similar to what you might buy at a professional hair salon, where you would have to pay just as much or maybe more for the same type of product. See my photo for the ingredients in this conditioner. You get quite a large bottle, too, enough to last through many shampoos!

I wish I could shave my head and start over with this...
If I had the confidence to rock a shaved head, I would love to start over and have my hair use only this very rich and emollient hair mask. This product made the healthy hair I have look amazing...in turn this made my unhealthy hair really stand out. I would not use this product daily. While it makes my hair very shiny, lustrous and hydrated, it does feel weighed down. The smell is hard to define in one word. It's a sweet, floral scent with notes of citrus, jasmine, and a slight hint of mint. It's pretty complex and i had to smell it a bunch of times to try and decide if I like it. I'm still undecided, but in the end it doesn't matter to me because it doesn't leave too strong of a smell once rinsed.I can still sort of feel the tingling that i'm guessing comes from the tea tree oil and the menthol. If you have a sensitive scalp, you might not like that.I do not plan on using this more than 1x a week, so this size will last me months. For my usage, the price a good deal.If you need directions in English, you'll want to make sure to read the sticker on the box because the bottle is all in Korean.

Confusing
First of all, this product smells great. It also made a noticeable difference on my hair and made it shinier after one use. I have very thick and long blonde hair with an almost coarse texture. There are tons of instructions on the bottle in Korean. They put a small sticker in English on the box just saying to use after shampoo and let sit for 2-3 minutes. I tried it and it does not detangle like regular conditioner. I do love the way my hair looks so I think I'll use it once a week. I felt like I had to use a lot with as much hair as I have so I'm worried it won't last me long.

BE SURE TO READ THE WHOLE PACKAGE
Whenever I get non-English packaging on products I always like to use google translate to see if the English and original instructions match up, and boy am I glad I did this time. There is an English label sticker they put on the back, but it doesn’t say ANYTHING about the warnings and cautions like it does in Korean (ie can cause hair loss or discoloration if you don’t get it all off, itchy and red scalp, etc). That’s a huge deal to not tell your customer. It’s definitely more of a conditioner than mask too, since this only stays on 2 minutes. Despite the warnings I tried the product because I knew how to use it now, and honestly I wasn’t a big fan. I have color treated white girl hair, and this left me super dried out, frizzy and rough. My girlfriends with Asian hair definitely have a different texture than mine, so maybe it’s just not meant for my hair type. It smelled good and it’s a large bottle so that’s a plus, but I felt like it was really overpriced for the quality and result.

My normally frizzy hair looked much better after 1st use!
I plan to update this review after a few weeks to be able to comment on if it helps reduce my hair loss, but in the meantime, I want to share my initial impressions since I'll likely continue to use this product even if it doesn't help stop my drain from filling with hair. I've been using it in place of my regular conditioner in the shower (I found the instructions a little unclear whether this is to be used as a conditioner since it doesn't mention using it after shampoo), and the first things I noticed are that the scent is AMAZING and it lathers up well without using an unreasonable amount of product. I've been keeping it on about 3 minutes before rinsing, and even though it isn't a miracle product with detangling my always knotted hair, my usually super frizzy hair is looking noticeably tamer after air drying (even with the 90% humidity of these past couple of days.) I couldn't wait to review this product because it's the first time in a long time that I'm not unhappy with how my hair looks :)

Heavy on the hair but it looks good!
I must say, I do enjoy Asian hair products! This one is no exception. It is more of a treatment conditioner and I would probably use it once a week. The instructions recommend massaging it into your scalp but I did not do that as I have fine greasy hair and I found this product too heavy so I just used it sparingly on the ends. It did smooth my hair and stopped my layers from looking flyaway and brittle at the ends. It has a nice, light smell to it. I don’t really smell green tea. The color is a little strange, a brown mud color but it didn’t bother me. I loved that they put some English instructions on the tube as I’ve had Asian beauty products before that haven’t and I had to guess how to use them! You only need a little of this product as it goes a long way so it will last a while. I do find the name “Active Pack” odd. Maybe it’s a translation error, I don’t know.

Rich hair mask
Lovely rich hair mask. Tames my hair and makes it easy to style the way I want it. Love the light scent too. This is just one way to pamper myself and I love it.

no better than conditioner
Not much slip, so it may work better on other hair types or textures. But for my coarse and dry hair, it felt no more moisturized than if I were to use a basic conditioner. I tried it with heat as well, but it was a no go for me.
