Out 4 in my bin two (2) have cast impellers and two (2) have the stamped steel impellers. It is easier to print the Gates boxes in you know where. Picture in the example appears to be cast, note the fine machining marks on the disc. **Q: Does this unit have a cast impeller ??** A: Ordered in May 2022 and the one I received does NOT have a cast impeller but the picture on the Amazon ad shows one. **Q: does it come with a gasket?** A: Comes with three (3) gaskets (including the straight rubber one) and the water pipe o-ring. **Q: Can anyone attest too these pumps not leaking?** A: Had mine in 05 MiTaspeed for over one year, no problems. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by S***R on 26 January 2026* Great gasket’s and water pump for 99 Mazda Miata!!
