I knew I needed more outdoor lights to keep my flock safe on my farm. I went on the hunt on Amazon as usual for all my needs. When I found these, they had all these little features that I didn't even know I needed or wanted. I did not know that such qualities were even available. Now that they are mounted up and running, I am incredibly impressed with their performance even more so than I thought I could be. They have several different modes which all have benefits for everyone's unique needs. You can chose the power level being used and the brightness level. I chose mode 2 to light up brightly whenever motion was detected in an effort to scare off raccoons and coyotes, mostly. (I have the remotes too in case I just want to light up any particular area just to observe.) It's also perfect for me that it lights up when I walk around so I can see where I am stepping. (On a farm, there will be snakes, skunks, and all kinds of possible critters on your path.) These lights help protect my family and myself along with our goats, chickens, ducks, turkey, and geese. They light our path going back and forth to our cars and the detached garage. They light up our chicken coop perimeters as well. I'm a fan. I am sold. I will be buying many more of these as we develop our homestead and extend buildings throughout our acreage. Who needs to run electricity to the buildings that are an acre or two away? Not this girl! I'll be using these solar lights everywhere going forward. They are essential to our lifestyle and to our desire to become a 100% solar only homestead. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THESE!

Before the installation, you need to take off the hinge and put it on the ceilling first, otherwise its hard for you to attach the whole light on ceiling. But truely, the light gives better angle of light compare with the traditional flurescent and LED tubes because it comes with 4 adjustable light panels, those 'fins' make the light easy to focus the objects. I put it beneath my balcony, its small and bright. Btw, I believe its a good idea to use solar power instead of the traditional non regenerated energy today.

Easy install, good lighting for an outhouse, and simple to use. The motion sensor is great and the ability to change the lighting direction makes this very useful. Above all, great price.

These lights are super bright! I have them right next to my security cameras and it lights up the whole path. It has so many controls and you can choose them from the remote. It came with two remotes so if you lose one you have another. The solar panel is glass. Not plastic. This will last a long time. Will buy some more

The Activated Security Light is Solar powered LED which detects motion at 180 degrees. It mounts on the wall or on the eave. The LED light attaches to the solar panel and shows a very bright light. Note that there is a notch in the attachment that allows you to properly fit the plug correctly before screwing it together. The unit sensor should be positioned up so it can detect motion

I put this light in a new shed. The light it produces us not super bright but fine for this application. Good quality product with easy setup instructions.I’m happy with this product.

I liked the fact that the lights have different lighting modes and they worked fine for the first week. But now after charging all day once the sun sets nothing I have tried every mode and nothing after the sun sets. What a waste of money!

Got it and hung in our open carport. After 3 days it quit working. Sent for a replacement, checked all connections, one was loose. Got the replacement and I'm going to keep it too for our porch. The only downfall of it is it only stays on for 25 seconds after no movement detected, wish I could lengthen that. Otherwise a great light for places where you don't want to run electricity too. Sorry to the seller for having to send another one on short notice but you got 2 sales out of it.

I use this in my garden shed and it works great.I have it set to come on with motion; it shuts itself off in about 20 seconds.Plenty bright to see stuff in the shed. Not super bright but more than adequate for my needs.

Light is nice and bright for a shed. Solar panel is installed on the roof of the shed in a side yard which only gets a bit of direct sunlight. However this amount is enough so far to keep the light charged up for motion activation inside the shed.The mounting screws that come with it are the typical cheap ones that disintegrate as soon as any torque is applied (see picture). Save yourself the frustration and use quality screws from the start.

I put this into an equipment shed and it was a quick and easy install. The motion sensor is very quick to turn on the light which is perfect! It could have been a little bit brighter for my old eyes but it definitely lights up the space adequately.
