Does this work with yu-gi-oh! cards or is there a better top loader for yu-gi-oh! cards?

Yes you can use these for Yu-Gi-Oh cards we do. Use penny sleeves the put into top loader if mailing them for extra protection

Will the sleeves fit nba basketball (Panini) sized cards? Lots of sleeves of standard size aren't able to do so.

Hello, I used the sleeves in Mosaic, NBA Hoops, Prizm, Pokemon, Baseball Cards and Football. If the card is a relic or a little bit thicker than usual you will need thicker sleevs and toploaders.
