Requested a replacement, which arrived on time, waited the full 72 hours to allow to expand as much as it could before using. 72 hours later, was still as flat and defective looking as when first unpacked. One foam piece 3-4 inches thick throughout, the other foam piece 2 inches thick throughout. Been using for a few days to see if usage would change anything. Nothing changed, still the same thickness, and could definitely feel the lack of cushion and material when using. Will be returning, but my time and energy can not be refunded. avoid this fraudulent product. Review: Best purchase for my studio apartment - I bought this to have a little seating area for my room. It's insanely comfortable & easy to move around. It took about a day to completely deflate. The cushion thickness is enough for me but don't expect it to be super thick. The unfolding feature is also very convenient. Overall, it's definitely a worthy purchase & I can seen myself using it for a while!
