I needed a reading light in a very awkward space. This fits the bill because it uses batteries and not electric which will make it much cheaper in the winter when fuel goes through the roof again. Very easy to put together even with my arthritis and to top it off a very reasonable price..

Absolutely brilliant- literally. Incredibly bright. We had had several power cuts so I wanted something better than a torch.. This is fantastic. Bright enough to read by. Not a wide spread but still enough to make moving around the room safe.

I wanted this light to see my cross stitch lit. I’ve had it 2 months and as you can see it’s broken. Waste of money.

I needed a reading/sewing light in a part of room with no electrical sockets and trailing cables would be a problem. This lamp is ideal. The light is very bright. It's easy to move around. If it needed any improvement, a heavier base would make it seem more solid as the batteries are near the top which makes it seem top heavy when extended to its full height. But this has not proved to be a problem.I'm very pleased with this purchase

This was easy to put together, and has a nice bright light. Good value.

This light is sited beside the armchair and gives a good light to assist in reading. The light is nice and bright and the flexi arm makes it easy to position. It's recently purchased so I don't know how long the 6 batteries will last but the light also has a handy 9v connection.
