Pros:- Clear (makes it easy to see nipple alignment)- Holds up well in dishwasher- Fits in wearable pumpsCons:- Hard to get in and out of flanges, gets stuck easilyOverall they are not bad and I really like that they are clear but they are slightly too big to fit in 24mm flanges which makes it hard to put them in and take them out. For reference, I use Spectra 24mm flanges.

I got the 17mm to fit my 24mm flanges. They work fine when I use them on the electric pump but they pull to harsh on the madela manual pump.

Went to a lactation consultant who told me my 24mm Elvie shields were too big. She measured me and said I was a 19 mm so I ordered these to make my 24mm into 19mm. Huge mistake. I have been using these for about a week and am disappointed. First of all they don’t just slide in you have to wiggle them back and forth and they still don’t sit flush, they stick out from the shield. I have also had several instances of terrible leaking and have even had it twice where it wasn’t pumping correctly because these things weren’t sealing right. I also have some scans on my areola because of these inserts. I think I’ll just have to buy the 21mm shields and make those work.

I just stuck with the original due to the fact this was smaller than 24 mm... should have not purchase this item. 😂

Finding a 18mm flange insert is difficult. Was excited to find these. Unfortunately Was disappointed. They don’t fit my spectra plug in pump and have not been able to use them. Even with wiggling and trying to shove them in. The bottom part seems to be too thick. Whack.

Too big for me I’m a 17 mm brought to find my size.
