Quality
I have yet to test these however purchased to fill with a custom ink that I am developing. The nibs are quite hard as I wanted and the pen is a pump action pens. I have purchased a similar pen that is filled with white ink and these perform perfectly so assume the empty ones will also perform well.

Top Tip: Useful for Applying Aerosol Paint Precisely
I bought these empty marker pens for a very specific purpose which might be useful for others. I required to apply aerosol based black paint (Plasti-Kote gloss black) to a guitar fretboard to touch up areas where the coating had chipped out and had not adhered correctly on the edge (see attached photographs). To do this, I sprayed a reasonable quantity of the paint into a plastic receptacle then carefully poured this into the barrel of the marker pen. Once it has wicked into the nib, it can be applied to precise areas. I imagine that this technique could also be deployed for regular tins of enamel paint, etc. after being thinned with the appropriate solvent, e.g. white spirit. This could be used in hobby and craft work for applying paint, e.g. on models, dolls houses, furniture, etc. Give it a try.

Waste of a money. did not work
I ordered the empty pen that I could fill with my own acrylic paint. Arrived on time (without instructions of how to fill) I added my acrylic knowing that it had to be thin enough to pass through the fiber nib. Having failed to work (would not flow through the nib) I emptied and refilled with a thinner paint mix. Still no good. I did this another four times (six times in all) thinning the paint mix every time until the paint was so thin that even when ap[plied with a brush it would not cover the canvas. All to no avail. I now have a pen that dose not work and four spare nibs. A tenner down the drain.

How am i supposed to fill it?
I had in mind i can put acrylic paint in them. But how are you supposed to fill it up. With a seringe? If so... Not really worth it is it. Should have found and easier way to fill it up.
