Great unit
Great radio. Everything there you need except the adapter to your specific car. I specifically bought this for the volume knob, but all the other features work great and the unit is very responsive. It connects to the phone really quick and you can shut off the e.u.l.a. warning in the settings. The sound is good and the microphone pics up well and clear to the other end.

Missing part
I bought the Boss stereo BE26CP for my 2013 transit connect dot and it’s missing the trim ring and there was no wring manual . It looks awful with no trim rings to conceal the gaps the front cover, please help
