WILL THE SMOKE SET OFF THE SMOKE ALARM？

Our Smoke machine didn’t trigger the Smoke alarm after many test.

WHY DOES THE DRYICE EFFECT LEAVE A LAYER OF OIL ON THE SURFACE?
