Very pleased with rocket, you add water in area to create a steam effect, it’s cold not hotVery safe for children. The little vehicle and people that come with it, an adult has to assemble it. I decided to buy other sturdier vehicle to accompany the rocket during playAs the companion piece is really for show and not suitable for constant play by child, boy is age 6 yrs and it came apart too often. Hence I got more sturdier little vehicle for rocket. The rocket is such an amazing toy, I couldn’t care if the additional bits were just model piece to assemble, it was lots of fun assembling it. People were sturdy enough for boy to play with. I wish the vehicle was already built and sturdy. I don’t mind paying more for this. On whole, a very enjoyable and amazing toy for child, he played with rocket all week during Xmas, lol, it was a hit and great value for money. I myself enjoyed testing (playing), with it, very impressive rocket and I couldn’t find better on market. Very satisfied

Was surprised at how much this rocket does, really good and easy to use smoke affect, my son thought it was going to actually take off ! He loved investigating the metal detector function. Like with any new toy the longer they play with it the better, Astropod has held his attention for a long period of time! Hopefully they extent the range in the future.

This toy is brilliant!! My son absolutely loves it. The lights and sounds are good but the fact you get mist out of the boosters like its taking off is so cool!! It was on offer for about £14.99 when we got it so a total bargain but even if it had been the full price of £24 (approx) i stil think it would be good value for money.

This little rocket is a great toy, although assembly of the rover can be very fiddly due to the tiny pieces!It's an impressive rocket ship, especially with the vapour, my little one was blown away by it and has spent hours at a time making up his own space adventures.The only downside to this is the pieces on the rover and the astronauts do come apart very easily. They are very flimsy plastic, but, the rocket itself is sturdy and has also survived my almost 2 year old dropping it on the floor repeatedly when trying to take it from his big brother!The metal detector works well on the rover and my son has enjoyed finding objects on his "missions"Overall, my little man is happy and loves his rocket. He has played with it every day since Christmas morning and as a parent, that's all I can ask from a toy.My son is entertained, using his imagination and exploring with the metal detector. Any space fan will love this toy!

This rocket is super. Good fun. Working metal detector and a tiny amount of water creates some great mist - to look like a real rocket taking off.

Bought for 7-year old nephew for Christmas. He loves rockets and this was his first one. He played with it all over Christmas and loved the special effects such as authentic sounds, engine ‘fire’ and fake smoke. The little car/moon buggy has a magnet which allows it find little metal pieces (included) which you can hide under something. Nephew got a great kick from it. Came well packaged and was timely. Perfect Christmas gift for little boy or girl who is fascinated with rockets.

Birthday present 6 year old grandson. He loves it which is quite something as his birthday is just after Christmas and he had lots of presents then.

The media could not be loaded. Very impressive at first but the best bit about it, the smoke has stopped working after about 3 weeks - no option to report fault. Disappointed. Changed batteries and filled water pot.

Wir haben schon einiges, was das Thema Weltraum bzw. Raketen und Space-shuttle betrifft, da hier ein 5-jähriger Raketen-Fan wohnt. Dieses Modell mit Licht (in verschiedenen Farben), Sound und Wasserdampf übertrifft allerdings alles :) sehr schön zum Spielen, wirkt bisher auch sehr robust und hat schon einige Abstürze überlebt... Auch der Mini Kanister zum Wasser auffüllen, hat absolut überzeugt. Klar ist es billiges Plastik. Aber für 5-jährige absolut geeignet und super zum Befüllen des Tanks.Von mir also klare Kaufempfehlung, da diese Rakete einfach Spaß bringt.

Mon fils adore ce jeu. Le fait d'avoir la fumée qui sort au décollage est un gros plus (le bruit n'est pas très important)Il s'invente pleins d'histoires, c'est super.La fusée est déjà tombé plusieurs et elle a bien résisté
