I originally ordered Firm Foam yoga blocks, which were not stable enough, and would flex and my hands would sink in when doing arm balanceexercises.These Cork Yoga Blocks do not flex at all, they are solid and have a well-made quality feel.-Bret 💫✨🌟

I thought being cork that they would be nice and light and also giving. Not so! They are too heavy to use for yoga poses and are hard and uncomfortable against the body since they have no give to them. I am returning the blocks.

This yoga cork blocks is def on fire! Its pretty sturdy to hold enough bothhands and it can stay for long period on the floor. Its a great product and i will recommend this hot yoga.

These are very sturdy because of the large size of the blocks. They are also much heavier than the typical yoga blocks so not too convenient if you're traveling to and from classes. Each block weighs about 2.5 lbs compared to my other yoga blocks weight of under 2 lbs each.On the other hand, the yoga belt is thin compared to other belts I've used. But it's well made and should hold up just fine.I would recommend this size for tall and strong practitioners.
