Very sturdy without the bulk.
I have tried many cases for the iPhone 17 Pro Max as I wanted to keep my investment safe. I did research and hoped to find a case that is both sturdy but not too bulky. While this case is what I consider expensive, (particularly since I bought at least 6 others), it is absolutely my favorite. You get camera protection as well as screen protection, it feels great in my hand and looks super nice, IMO. I love the blue color with my blue iPhone but it comes in lots of fun colors! If you have the 17 Pro Max, seriously consider this case and buy it. I did the research for you. And while I'm not sure it will survive a Niagara Falls drop as it claims, I feel confident it will provide exemplary protection.

Perfect!
Between this, and Pitaka cases, and a couple others here and there I think Speck is pretty good, and have really upped their game.. it’s hard to beat this case, and I’ll explain why, below. First off, I will say I’m a bit of a case snob. I’m not like a YouTube reviewer or anything but I am influenced by a lot of what I see on there, and I probably would have never known what Mous was had I not seen their YouTube videos where people were dropping their phones in the case from Outer space and what not. That said, they’ve calmed down on some of that stuff and people don’t really even do drop tests anymore on YouTube, which is kind of disappointing, but it’s really not needed when you have the reputation of being such a sturdy case. I used to cringe at spending $60 on a phone case but considering the garbage that you get now, about 75% of the stuff is mass marketed and just branded differently. And then you have companies like Mous, Speck, Uag, Pitaka, who have their own unique patent on their designs and they continue to listen to the consumer, which is why they are such great companies. I think Mous is honestly at the top of the list. And although I prefer ordering from Amazon because it’s more convenient, I have ordered from their website before as well and the Customerservice is second to none and often there are better deals on the website, than on Amazon. All that aside, this case itself is just great I mean it’s so good this is my third time or maybe even my fourth time getting the leather one I like materials on cases because the one problem that never seems to be resolved is that no matter what case you get no matter what brand you get and no matter how clean you keep your hands they are all grease and fingerprint magnets. But if you get something with, a material on the outside like what Mous does, with leather and wood, then you deplete that. Personally, I like leather over wood. I have never tried any of their wood cases, but my fear is that they might warp overtime. Even if they don’t, the feeling of leather. Albeit a small, thin layer.. is still more luxurious than a piece of wood! It’s always smooth, flawless, and seamless, and it only gets better with time. Who doesn’t love leather that’s broken in with patina! My only wish is I wish they made different color, leather, perhaps brown with a darker brown TPU, or whatever material the plastic is that they use. Maybe giving them a limited run to see if they sell well, but I’m sure they would be a hit. Back to the case itself.. it’s just flawless. All of the buttons are so easy to press they are not flat there’s no space for grime and crumbs and debris to get stuck in them. The case is tight and secure around the whole phone. The design has been copied by many with the higher corners and the flat middle, what I’m referring to is the lip around the screen. There’s plenty of coverage even with a thicker screen protector on. Sorry I don’t know all the terminology for phone cases and phone parts but everything just works. Everything seems like it was built for this phone and that’s what I’ve always gotten with every mouse case that I’ve ever had! They’ve also made it more grippy along the sides. There is sort of a diagonal line type of embossed design. It doesn’t look tacky or out of place at all, and it seems to serve a purpose. It’s definitely harder for your phone to slip out, and drop your phone. The backside, the lip around the cameras is just as good as the one in the front. There’s a little more branding on this one than there has been in the past now you get a logo by the camera, but you also get a logo on the bottom. I just love this case and we’ll see how it Wears overtime. I can tell you from personal experience.. mouse cases have never failed me. I’m not really one who drops my phone a lot but when you have a new phone you don’t want to even think about that so you want to make sure you have good cases. I tend to go overboard with the amount of cases that I buy but this time around, I’m probably gonna buy only about 10 instead of 50, and I’m just gonna go with the brands that I know and that I trust, that way, I don’t have to keep all these unnecessary cases taken up space, and believe me, even though they’re barely used it’s very hard to sell these things. I have tried many many times to sell lots of them on eBay and nobody buys them even for really good deals! It’s probably not something that anybody searches for because most normal people just need one case. Well, I’m definitely abnormal in that regard but a lot of people like to interchange their cases and when they do they always wanna have something that’s good and protective. I used my microphone on my phone to dictate this review so if you notice any typos, well, there’s your answer!

Worth it? I think so.
Just picked up my iPhone 15 Pro Max and was considering a LOT of different cases - primarily the Spigen Ultra Hybrid since that's what I had been running on my previous iPhone X, but also picked up a Lonli Classic leather case (pretty good but that's not the product I'm writing a review for here). This case was a weird buy for me because even though I've just purchased a $1200 iPhone, it still feels weird to drop $70 on a case - so is it worth it? I think yes. First impressions (the case came in this morning, 9/25/23, at 7:00 AM and I'm writing this at 4:25 PM) are very good: The majority of the case is made up of this kind of rubbery material that grips pretty well and if you feel like it doesn't grip well enough, the case has nice built-in ripples for your hands to hold onto that feel great - not too pronounced to where they become uncomfortable, but enough to provide some extra reassurance. It's a difficult texture to describe: kind of grainy, and smooth and rough at the same time. Kind of like coral but if coral was made of rubber. Buttons feel nice and tactile: presses are clicky and IMO they don't take much more if any more force to press than the iPhone buttons do without a case one. There's absolutely zero vagueness about whether you've pressed a button or not, and they're not so easy to press that you hit them on accident just holding your phone. The "aramid fiber" on the back is very pleasant to look at and surprisingly pleasant to the touch - it's not rough at all, and has a VERY pleasing and soft feel to it, almost like it's rubber and not a woven fiber. Again, difficult to describe but in no way a minus - I really like it and am pleasantly surprised by how good it feels. One downside of the material is it really shows body oil and sweat and therefore fingerprints really easily and quickly. I tend to have a decent amount of body oil as is and I sweat really easily so I got the back of this case kind of cloudy pretty quickly, with noticeable glossy spots. Not a huge deal for me personally but something that others might not like so I'll leave that info here. The case overall fits nice and tight, and I like that it is raised at the top and bottom enough that I can put the iphone face down without any worries of damaging the screen (not that I have to worry about it anyways, with the Spigen screen protector I've had on since I unboxed the phone). Likewise, the raised edges surrounding the camera go a little higher than on my Lonli classic leather case, which gives it more protection as well so I can put the phone down and in places without worrying too much about the camera. Obviously with such a large space for the camera lenses, it's a lot harder to protect with a case but this is about as good as it gets without putting an actual glass screen over the lenses which would just affect the camera functionality. Overall, I'm quite happy with the build quality, fit and finish of this case. Feels and looks premium and if it lasts me 5-6 years, which is usually the amount of time I keep a phone (or saves it from a particularly nasty drop), I'll be happy and will definitely feel that my $70 has been worth it. I would say the feel of this case definitely matches the price. The only other case I think I'd go for would be the Bullstrap leather case because of the 2 free replacements per year. I think a quality leather case would beat this out any day in terms of looks but when it comes to functionality and protection, this seems much better - and a pro is it's not too heavy! I feel like it doesn't add too much to the weight of the phone, considering how much area it has to cover. It's not a light case by any means but it could definitely be worse.

The Ultimate Protection for My Nephew's New Phone
I recently bought the Mous Case for my nephew's new iPhone 15 Pro Max, and he absolutely loves it! This case is a perfect blend of style, durability, and functionality, providing the ultimate protection for his prized phone. From the moment he put it on, the sleek design and premium feel of the case impressed him. The case is slim and lightweight, adding minimal bulk while offering maximum protection. The material feels great in hand and gives the phone a sophisticated look. The real standout feature of the Mous Case is its exceptional durability. With AiroShock technology, it provides superior impact protection, ensuring the phone stays safe from accidental drops and bumps. My nephew is quite active, and knowing his phone is well-protected gives both of us peace of mind. Another fantastic aspect is the case's precise fit. All the buttons, ports, and the camera are easily accessible, without any hindrance. The raised edges around the screen and camera offer extra protection, preventing scratches and damage to these critical areas. The Mous Case also features a non-slip grip, which is perfect for my nephew, who tends to be on the go. It minimizes the risk of the phone slipping out of his hand, making it a practical choice for everyday use. In addition to its protective features, the Mous Case is also compatible with wireless charging, so there's no need to remove the case every time he charges his phone. This convenience adds to the overall appeal and functionality of the case. Overall, the Mous Case for iPhone 15 Pro Max has proven to be a fantastic purchase. It combines robust protection with a sleek design, making it a hit with my nephew. If you're looking for a high-quality case that offers both style and security, the Mous Case is an excellent choice. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to keep their phone safe and stylish!

Premium Protection with a Few (Minor) Drawbacks
Overall, the Mous Limitless 5.0 case for the iPhone 15 Pro Max is a top-notch choice if you're looking for serious protection and a premium feel. I've been using it for a month now, and I'm impressed with how solid and well-built it is. What I liked: Excellent Protection: This case feels incredibly robust. The phone is snug, very tight fitting, and I'm confident that it would survive a drop without any issues. My phone is still pristine after a month, with no scratches or damage. The grippy sides provide secure handling, reducing the risk of accidental drops in the first place. Premium Materials: The carbon fiber back (while, as I'll mention later, has some blemishes) feels very high-end. The microfiber lining on the inside is a luxurious touch and protects the phone's back from scratches. The entire case screams quality. Tactile Buttons: The buttons are clicky and responsive, offering good feedback, although they are a tad muted compared to using the phone without a case. But they still get the job done well. What could be improved: Carbon Fiber Durability: This is my main gripe. Despite daily cleanings and generally light use, the carbon fiber back has already developed some noticeable blemishes after only a month. It's a bit disappointing considering the premium price point. Price: This case is definitely on the expensive side. While the quality is mostly there, I'd recommend waiting for a sale before pulling the trigger. Final Verdict: Despite the minor durability concerns with the carbon fiber and the high price, the Mous Limitless 5.0 is a fantastic case that provides excellent protection and a luxurious feel. If you're looking for a premium case and can snag it on sale, it's a solid investment to safeguard your iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Best Phone Case Ever
I've tried a variety of phone cases, from bulky to minimalistic, and I think this is honestly the most well rounded. The material is solid, texture on the back is very nice, buttons are all clicky, the camera control works perfectly. The design is great all around, from the extra slight bumps on the corners for drops that have impact absorbing material, to the nice felt on the inside to protect the back glass. The raised edge for the cameras and the screen are both perfect heights and cutouts for the speakers and mic are well thought out. Mag safe works great as well and installation is super easy. I've had this case about 3 months, dropped it plenty and all it has is a little tiny scuff on one corner that I can barely see 👌

You better look for other case
It took me a while to write this review, as I really wanted to be objective here. First off, this is my very first Mous case. I really hesitated to buy this, but my choices are to get either Casetify or Spigen. After reading and watching reviews, feedback, etc. I decided to give this case a chance. So here is my honest feedback. Let's start with the positives: 1. It fits perfectly in my 15 Pro Max, and it feels premium. 2. Great buttons + excellent grip on both sides. 3. I absolutely love the simple black look and design. I do not mind the two logos at the back. The cut-outs for the speaker and charging hole are perfect. 4. I love the "aramid fibre" gimmick they added on the back. For me, it has the perfect level of smoothness while giving you that grip you need when holding the phone in just one hand. This is actually the part where I was impressed. I thought that it would be so smooth that it might slip out of my hand, but it doesn't. 5. Just the "right" measurement for the camera bump on the back 6. In my personal observation, the case overall does not affect the heat of the phone. It's all positive and all that, but here's why I gave it a 1-star overall rating. Value for the PRICE. I bet the stockholders of Mous are happy. While the case is a good build, I cannot, for the life of me, justify why it would cost this much for just a plastic case. I know it is ironic considering I am using this overpriced 15 Pro Max, but the phone is a different story. I scoured the internet and visited physical stores. There are a LOT of cases out there with no big names on their brand that can absolutely compete with the quality and design of this Limitless 5.0. Those cases out there can easily check all six positive things I mentioned for this case. Drop protection? Nah. Now that I am holding it in my hand, I doubt it. If drop protection is really your concern, check out other brands. They say, you get what you pay for. I do not think so. At least not for this case. The only reason I decided to try this case is that, first, I got my phone too early, and knowing that the back of this 15 Pro Max can easily break once dropped, I knew I needed some kind of at least minimum protection. Second, if Casetify had removed their stupid brand name/logo design from the back of their cases, I would've gotten theirs instead, even if it cost more or was the same. What I was looking for was a simple design. So yeah, I kind of blame Casetify. I would've gotten Spigen, but they just do not have cases yet for 15 Pro Max at the time. Am I happy with this case? I guess it's overall fine. Am I going to replace it? Nah, I'll keep using it till I get a new phone. Am I going to recommend it to a friend? Hell no, ABSOLUTELY NOT!! As friendly advice, go visit a physical store and check out other cases if you can. Since the release of the iPhone 15 line-up, there have been many. Try them out on your phone; do not mind the brand, even if it is a nameless case. If you still feel like getting this, watch and read reviews first, then check out other brands. I hope this helps.

The best case I have ever had
I’ve never been so impressed with a product. It fits perfectly, the buttons feel crisp, the materials feel high quality, and the design is even nicer in person than the photos. I even put the drop protection to the test and all I can say is WOW. I was a dummy and left my phone on the ledge of the bed of my truck while loading up at a home improvement store. I completely forgot I sat it there and drove off. When my Carplay disconnected, I immediately realized what I did. I was convinced I just destroyed my phone, but I went back around the parking lot to find it. Luckily it wasn’t ran over (not sure any case could protect from that) but to my surprise, my phone was completely fine. I couldn’t even tell it fell 4ft from a moving vehicle onto a concrete parking lot. Not even a scratch on the case. I still can’t believe how unscathed it came out of this. I know this is a bit pricey for a phone case but you are getting what you pay for.

Wstyd!
