Has anyone used this with gluten free flour?

Haven't used a spaetzle maker with GF flour but have made many batches of GF spaetzle using Bob's Red Mill "1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour" substituted in my spaetzle recipe. They're delicious! I cut the noodle batter into boiling water with a butter knife off the side of the mixing bowl (just like my mother!) I also use organic eggs as I think they have a richer flavor than regular eggs and are a big part of spaetzle flavor. I make a lot of spaetzle and am now looking for a quicker method. Hope this product speeds up the process!

NEVER soak in hot water, only in cold water, after that it's easy to rinse. Hot water hardens the dough, just think about it, same thing happens when you cook it. So always cold water!
