Works great
Timer is easy to use and understand. I like being able to time multiple items at the same time. Each timer has its own signal.

They love it. They especially like how they can keep ...
Got this for my daughters' tea room restaurant. They love it. They especially like how they can keep tabs on time left. They also like the ability to adjust volume. I help them out in the kitchen from time to time and at 75 and a bit tone deaf, I can not hear the alarm but I can see the lights blinking, so I get by.

I like it but it is cheaply made
I got this timer as a Christmas present. Having Fibromyalgia, I often take my night medications and can't find a comfortable position or my anxiety just isn't low enough so I have 3-5 hours before I actually go to sleep. I need 8.5 hours of sleep per night in order to feel better in the morning (REM sleep is so important to your mind and when you are in pain all the time and have difficulty doing anything active, you really have to work on your mind to keep a positive attitude). Setting a regular alarm clock for my 8 1/2 hours doesn't work - I needed something that I could already have my 8.5 hours punched in and then as I am drifting off to sleep, I just push a button (in this case 2). My husband works weird hours so sometimes we go to bed at 12 and sometimes at 3 AM so setting an alarm clock to go off at the same time all the time, doesn't work for me. I don't have to be up at a certain time each day because of my disability and getting sleep is number one on my to do list of keeping me stable and in less pain.Anyway, I got the timer and was really glad to have 4 different timers. I didn't like that the black setting panel shown at the bottom is not tightly secure to the product. I have thought about gluing it down but I'm not sure if that would mess it up. To me, this unsecured panel made the product "feel" cheep. Now that I have had it over 1 year, I am experiencing problems with the timer blanking out, then returning with zero time on every timer (a real bummer to reset multiple times and remember how much time is left for each item timed). Sometimes, all I get is 88:88 on everything and I push all the buttons until finally, I get the zero's back. Note: I have only experienced one failure when I wasn't setting another timer so that was good, it hasn't zeroed my times out when I don't mess with it! Maybe my batteries are going bad and I need new ones but some days, it works just fine and other days it doesn't.It works excellent for an alarm clock but it also does much more. I take 2 shots of insulin 12 hours apart and so I use one timer on sleep, one on my insulin 12 hour schedule, and I am dieting for my bypass surgery (want to get rid of my diabetes) so I am eating every 3-4 hours so I set another alarm for that (I have to gag down breakfast to get my metabolism going and if I eat every 3 hours, then I don't over eat the next time it's time to eat and I can control my night eating to stay on target). Then there is my project time. Yes, I know I'm totally disabled but I joined [...] to keep my mind in shape (an boy does it - I am now starting for the first time in my life to remember peoples names that I don't see on a regular basis). On my "good" days, I write poetry/writing, articles, and am working on a book. I regularly do a jigsaw puzzle on the computer at [...] just to play. Not to mention, my research into a scripture of the Bible that may take 3-4 hours.Because of my fibro, I have to get up and exercise every 20 minutes even if it is just stretches, so I time that (if I don't, I hurt a lot more). With a 3-4 hours time set for the projects, I can switch off to something else like my support group on [...] which is free and my insurance nurse suggested I join and it is very helpful because they have support groups for all kinds of problems both physical and mental. This helps because I realize I have spent a lot more time than I originally planned for that project and also I move to a different position for different things. Note: I wish I could work or publish something for money but any kind of stress or responsibility makes my fibro pain go nuts not to mention my daily chronic headaches/migraines the tension headaches go sky high on the pain scale. So, I am at peace with God on my current situation - it is just for a season (so far 17 years and counting) and when that season is over, I will be instantly out of pain. After all the medications and other problems are gone, I will still be using this timer for other things. The memory feature of this timer is good but once in a while doesn't work and you have to re-enter the time. I'm not sure but it might have something to do with re-setting the same alarm to something else, then trying to go back to the memory time for that particular alarm. I haven't experimented with that yet because I just thought about it while writing this review.Overall, the product is very good and I would recommend it. It is a real help for people who need a bunch of things to keep track of time wise. A great gift for yourself or someone who has to keep a lot of separate times for daily things in their life. :)

Great in our cafe
Great in our cafe, heavy duty and it takes lots of abuse. This replaced the same model one that lasted 4 years of abuse. Will and would buy again.

Awkward to use and cumbersome for what it does.
We found the device awkward and tedious to set. The controls were not straight forward or simple. Also, it is too big for a private kitchen.

No good.
This is no good. There are way too many buttons. It takes too much time and concentration to set. You can only set for hour and minutes OR minutes and seconds. There is no way to clear the time unless you take the time to press the buttons back down to zero. I use it in an industrial kitchen. I can't send it back now, so I'm hoping the other reviews are right, and it doesn't last that long, so I can go back to the one we used before.
