I got this cuz my new shoes are killing my heels, this protector is very soft, it cover my heels and reduce the attach for me foot and my shoes.Surprisingly, it fits most of my shoes, my new shoes it has very hard sole, after I with the protector with it, I feel so different.I definitely will order few pair more to change and recommended to my friends.

It is very comfortable bc of the cushioning under the Heel. It has a good strong strap to adjust to your foot. You can also pair it with gel pads under your high arch for support. Very good.

I have hardwood floors. From time to time, my heal would have pain, after using this for a week, I can feel the support and reduced pain. It's pretty comfortable and slip resistant.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for something that I could wear barefoot or in boots. The package was labeled “L” and I was worried it would not fit since I am a Ladies size 6 1/2 (EU37) but it was Easley to adjust to a perfect fit.
