I did a preliminary static test in my living room, just my 210 lbs hanging and swinging. I think it will be fine for going up on my roof. I thought it was comfortable enough to work in, I'm only going on the roof to replace a handful of shingles that blew off.

Item is supposed to be adjustable for a smaller size according to the chart. However on the smallest adjustment it was still too big, the size chart is not accurate and I had to return. Better for taller, bigger, heavier people. Otherwise quality was good and price is good

Harness fits great. Not too heavy. Can wear it for extended periods without too much discomfort. The buckles and D ring are quite heavy duty. Hopefully I won't have a fall and have to test it but I feel confident it would save me if I did.
