This is a fabulous kit and amazing value for money which arrived well packaged with a really nice deconstruction book this easy to follow.I said I would’ve loved to have given it five stars. However, I’m on bag two and already have come across two missing parts. I can’t seem to find any contact details for the supplier, so I’m going to have to pay for these myself and that’s going to delay the build which is frustrating, otherwise given what this costs I think it’s amazing value

I was dubious about purchasing this as some reviews were not very good ,personally I loved building this having been a die hard lego fan I thought it was great to build ,must concentrate though as easy to miss something .I have cince bought 3 other models

The build itself was fun and the finished model looks great, but the weakness in the gearing lets it downThe steering has way to much slack, so when turning using on the front wheels, it tends to crab.The gears that power the driving mechanisms slip and distort the whole gearbox due to it being in sufficiently secured. As well as this the gearing to lift the crane boom slips as well.

This is not a review as such just a piece of info about the yellow square which appears along side a part of the crane. I had a piece missing so I thought, it was red so I looked in one of bags with all red parts andthere was the part I thought was missing.So I presume any more yellow squares appear look in the other bags.Hope this works out okSince I wrote this review I’ve more pieces missing.Any ideas who to contact to sort out the missing pieces

There is a major error at step 654 as shown in photo, there should be 2 long blue pins, i.e. those shown in step 655 at the position indicated. If you do not fit these, the boom arm will bend causing the gear in step 656 to disengage!!! This had to be dismantled and rebuilt!!! Loads of photos in manual showing blind hence you cannot see what you are doing as you need the hidden or reverse view. Overall, very poor model as littered with problems when trying to operate this model, steering very poor, motors not powerful enough especially the one raising the boom and the one extending the arm. Very poor fitting in cosmetic items like side skirts which keeps falling off as you manuver the crane. I done it, never again!!!!
