I've had it now for 6 months , it looks great never had any issue , it works perfectly , I think for sure it's the best one I've had , it boils superfast , none of those stupid whistles ,all I can say it hasn't given me any trouble and I'm happy with ,if anything changes I'll be more than happy to let you know !

Love the see-thru factor. Looks very elegant in my kitchen. Easy to clean, fast heating, and priced in my budget.

We loved this kettle. It worked fast and looked nice on the counter.After 4 months it just quit.Like a previous reviewer stated, we used it 3-5x day, but I don’t see how that should make any difference.Too bad; we really wanted to like it.

I love it, the color is great. It’s been o year or so and it’s working just fine. I love that is lead/ cadmium free. I used it very often.

I've had five orders of this kettle. from Amazon...and that doesn't count the one the manufacturer replaced directly. There is a problem with the toggle switch; it just stops turning on. I've had this particular kettle last ten months two different times, but this last purchase (yes, Amazon is replacing it) lasted ONE DAY! I've had no problems with other electric kettles; it's not the outlet. Apparently I am a sucker for the color and style but would gladly switch if I could find something comparable.Note: Hey, ASCOT, this is an engineering or manufacturing problem; how hard can it be to fix it?PS I saw in the reviews someone complaining about not being able to clean it. I have not had that problem: boil with a little vinegar, rinse out, and dry with a microfiber cloth (either with a small enough hand or wrapped around a long wooden spoon or spatula.

Only used this for about a week but noticing issues. At first, I thought this was a great water kettle. Looks fantastic, and heated the water relatively quickly. But I've had it just over a month (but out of town for 3 weeks) and noticed a plastic type smell upon my return. Like others mentioned, I think this is coming from the seal at the bottom or the spout. It's tinting the taste of the water, which I only noticed recently because I just started having warm water at night. Before I was using it to brew coffee which covered up most of the taste. To make matters even worse, steam is now coming out of the button mechanism. Never ever experienced this before on other kettles that are much less expensive. My advice, is to stay away from this brand.To add insult to injury, I missed the return window since I was out of town traveling for the holidays. Highly recommend a different brand. Hoping I can at least exchange it but we'll see.

Nice style but doesn’t work. Contacted the store 3 weeks ago and they weren’t helpful in how to fix it or replace the base. Just ignore after explanation and pictures.

I just love this thing! Love the look, ease of function. Plus, after a year I thought it had quit working, and customer service was so responsive and willing to replace it ( warranty is for two years). It turns out my power had gone out, lol. So the item still works wonderfully after 1 year. And was worth noting that customer service was excellent.
