I wanted to wait to do this review until I actually drove with the cover on my steering wheel since I've never driven a car with one on the wheel b4. My 22 yr old car's streering wheel was seeing it's age after getting a new dashboard & the car being painted. Saw this cover & altho it's black it's a lighter color black & blended well with my gray interior plus it looked like it was made to last a long time. The problem was I didn't have the strength to put the cover on. I watched YouTube videos & tried to put it on several times with no luck. The fella on the video inched the cover on without strain. He stressed the cover may seem small at 1st but must be tight for safety reasons. That made sense because if the cover came loose while turning the wheel that for sure would be a disaster. I mentioned my trouble getting the cover on at work to a guy & he tried but thought the cover was to small. He was standing outside of the car tho instead of behind the wheel trying to put the cover on. Another guy confirmed the cover must be tight & the 1st guy got it on immediately but still standing outside of the car. The 2nd guy's OCD kicked in because the red lines of the emblem weren't in the middle of the top or bottom of the wheel so wanted a redo but I was just glad the cover was on. We all agreed the cover looked good on the wheel & not like it was an after thought. It felt strange at 1st with my hands on a fabric & not the hard feel of the wheel I was used too. By the time I got home from work I felt secure holding the wheel, liked how my grip felt as I turned corners & it also is aesthetically pleasing to my interior. I am giving this 5 stars & not 4 because I knew it would be hard for me to put this on b4 ordering as I need help opening a jar these days. The wheel cover is well made, I feel secure using it & it looks good too. It's exactly what I hoped it would turn out to be.

Once secured, this looks just like the picture shown in the advertisement. However, be prepared to wrestle with this until you almost want to throw it away, as it is a bugger to get on. When we first took this out to the vehicle, we just KNEW it was too small to cover the steering wheel. But we are determined folks, so we stretched and tugged and snugged and pulled until, finally, we had picture perfect installation. I suppose these DO need to fit tightly in order to not slip or fall off while driving, but I am not sure I would have been able to secure this to the steering wheel alone. I have a pretty strong teen boy, and he had to muscle this on while I made myself feel useful by flattening each piece onto the wheel as he tugged the next segment on. It was a tough job even for his youthful strength.If you don't mind putting in the labor to get this on, it is a natural feeling cover that appears to be durable and comfortable on the hands. It does thicken the steering wheel a little more than expected, but the finish is one of handsome quality.

Too bulky on wheel. Thought it would help keep hands warm, but it gets cold just like the normal covering on the steering wheel.

Very nice and comfortable wheel cover! Was a perfect fit for my application but wasn't the easiest thing to install.

Does not wrap around the entire steering wheel…leaves a pretty good gap on the inner ring. The material feels like felt rather than Alcantara.

This steering wheel cover looks very nice on my 2009 Toyota Corolla. I like the yellow racing stripe. It makes me feel like I'm a stock car driver. It lets me get an excellent grip on the wheel. Also, when I got in my car today at the hottest part of the day, about 3:30 pm, my hands didn't burn at all when touching the wheel. It feels durable and I expect it to last for probably the remaining life of the car, which should be at least another 100k miles easy. Highly recommended.The wheel fits tightly, but it wasn't too hard to put on, although you have to work it on, like any other steering wheel cover. Start at the top and make sure the yellow stripe is at the top in the center. Work one side a little, then work the other side a little. Back and forth until you get it on all the way. Just take your time.

Much too large for my steering wheel, leading to unsafe operation. Attempting to heat-shrink, will report success or fail.
