love these pushdown ropes. They are padded a bit and thick enough I can get a great grip on them. They are light weight and fit my hands and wrists perfectly. They feel sturdy and well made. A pleasure to use, and the pump you get is INSANE

High quality. Great value. Feels very ergonomic and comfortable. I thought that the loop might get too tight around my hands under higher load but it actually adds favorable support. Great addition to the machine. Have used it for triceps and delts push down.

Very rarely do I post reviews. But I have to say this strap seems very tough and well built. Does the same thing and more than the ropes. Biggest thing with the strap is that it is very nice on the palms and can be used for multiple lifting applications. Highly recommend!

Good quality, functions as advertised, but not for me. The and grips are hard to hold, and bunch when pulled on with heavy weights. I'm confident other people may like it, but I've went hack to solid bars and ropes.

Ordered these because of my tendonopathy that prevents me from gripping a bar and pulling :( The gym I go to had straps, but they were so gross and ratty, so I figured I’d get my own. This strap is well constructed, strong, and comfortable to allow me to pull with my wrists. It’s also supported my weight (180lbs) for pull ups, and I’ve never had any doubts about the integrity of the straps. Highly recommend to work into your lifting rotation to reduce strain on your tendons!
