I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and started taking this at 20 weeks. It has a good amount of DHA for the baby. In addition to all the health benefits for DHA, this has helped with constipation. I can t comment on the health effects on the baby, but I know its helping her develop. For the amount of DHA per cap and the price, I think its good.I will continue to take this way after the pregnancy.
