A faff but worth it
Didn't fit. I had to file down the inside of the holes as they were slightly too far apart for an epi SG which should be standard.Had to flip a couple of the saddles and set the bridge straight rather than the usual epiphone angle. No problem with string position.I've seen lots of kids on YouTube and reviews where people said it was a pain to set intonation. I disagree. I found the intonation the easiest thing to set. Just get it in a similar position to the old one, string it, tune it, loosen the saddle allen bolts then tap our push them forward or back. Make sure the neck is set up first. If it's OK, leave the truss rod alone. It's perfectly intimated now. Took about 5 minutes.I use 11 gauge power slinkys. There was an immediate and pronounced increase in vibration into the neck and body and good sustain compared to the old bridge. I have the tailpiece quite high and this helps with string tension and bends are much easier. Looks great. Worth the money and filing which can't be seen.a

Very comfortable - but not the easiest to intonate
I have a Tanglewood Les Paul copy, and I often play with my hand resting on the bridge. With the old bridge, this was quite uncomfortable - to the extent that it put me off playing this guitar. This bridge is a huge improvement, in relation to comfort. No sharp edges digging into my palm. The guitar is much nicer to play now.Setting intonation is a bit of a pain though. But otherwise, very happy with this.

Like a brand new GIBSON
If I could award this piece of kit 10 stars I definitely would, since replacing my old tune-o-magic bridge my les Paul has become a different animal. It very rarely goes even the slightest degree out of tune, playing palm muting style is also a breeze and much much more comfortable, I can highly recommend this bridge.....so much so I will never be using anything else.I also at the same time purchased a zero glide top nut from AMAZON....when replacing both of these at the same time my guitar has (epiphone les Paul) become like a £1,500 piece playing wise....if anyone does the same as me and replaces both at the same time.....BOY WILL THEY NOTICE THE DIFFERENCE !!!!!!!

Great saddle...
People bitch about the intonation of this bridge...they're idiots...yes it's more faff than others but cmon it's just adjusting saddles...the people that moan about intonation adjustments are the people that moan about restringing their guitar...it's a great bridge & worth the money...

very close fit to original part
This bridge/saddle is well made and fitted my Dean Flying V (restoration project) more or less perfectly. Northwest Guitars are helpful and friendly and I would happily buy from them again.

Buy it!
Better than anything else I have found. I give it 5 stars. I recommend it to anyone wanting to replace the standard Gibson bridge. It's even better than the original believe it or not!
