It's a model, it's required to play Games Workshop games, it's overpriced high quality gray plastic
It's a games workshop mini, it has insane detail and parts that are almost too small to work with by hand. It has mold lines for days, so if you wanna kick back and watch a movie with your Citadel(tm) mold scraper, or an xacto knife like all us old heads, it's a good miniature for you. Comes with a head, and then some idiot's head who wants to get sniped in the grim dark future of the 41st/42nd millennium (depending on who you check with, could even be the 30th for some guys in the warp). Also, for some reason, he has rope under his arms. No one knows why, maybe he was just trying to rig up his Stormraven or just came back from a red carpet showing of "The Notebook of Roboute Guilliman."

Librarians are cool
You can tell GW really doesn't like you when they make a trenchcoated character's coat into a 4-part affair that inherently doesn't want to stay in one piece let alone want to facilitate sub-assemblies for super clean paint jobs. But he's a Primaris Librarian in 10th Edition, and they're just swell for marine armies right now, so GW gets a 5 star review because I really wanted this bookworm for my primo bois. Also his pose is cool and you can chop off his sword hand real neatlikes to give him a cooler space-wizard stick, bonus!
