The first thing I made was banana bread. I was so excited to use these that I completely forgot to spray them with EVOO before putting the batter in. Oh well, no problems. When they were done then I was very easily able to just turn it over and the bread still just slid out! I'm excited to make meatloaf next.

Love these pans they bake well breads come out very easy and they are easy to clean. I have purchased 12 of these 6 for each of my sons for I love to have good pans to bake with when I visit plus easy storage.

I use these pans for quick breads. One batch makes 8 small loaves. They slide right out and the pans are simple to wash. They are a bit smaller than I thought they would be and quite heavy, but I love them!

I used these tins to make bread and they worked great. The food released easily and the bake was even. I do worry about scratching since I want to stack these to make storage easy. I put some paper towel in between each as a protective layer.

So I bought these to accompany a set of mini loaf pans I bought from Sur la Table and couldn't seem to find in store or online to continue to built my collection…….so I did the best next thing searched Amazon and thought these would be prefect, but they proved to be smaller then expected and by the time I remembered to return them the window had closed.As to general construction and the whatnot based on my general eyeball - the product seemed well constructed and easy to use blah blah but since I never used them the opinion is based on my experience as a cook to 40+ years and gadget obsession.I'll probably try and gift them in a grab bag or to an AirFryer newbie or in the end give them to Goodwill or something.

Pans are perfect size for making smaller loaves of sweet bread. Wonderful size for gifts and freezing. Non-stick and wash up is easy. So far they have been ideal and meet my needs.

This is my second order. Loved the first so much I ordered more. Especially like these will evenly brown bread. In my darker pans the bottom comes out too brown. These solve that problem. Very even cooking.
