DESIGNERS FOUNTAIN94003-ORB Apollo 3 Bathroom Vanity Light Fixture, Oil-Rubbed Bronze

I was disappointed when I opened the box and even said, "Oh no, they sent me a black one!" I was so sure it was a black fixture that I even checked the label on the box. Nope...labeled as "oil-rubbed bronze." I ordered it with other "oil rubbed bronze" fixtures from other brands and there is NO way that this fixture should be labeled as that color. I held it in all different types of lights, too, and it's a flat black. I will probably end up keeping it because of convenience/price, but I will probably end up having to spray paint it to match everything else I bought. Maybe it's one of those "is the dress blue or gold" things, but sorry, it's black!

I will admit that when this fixture is not lit, it doesn't look very impressive. We needed a bathroom vanity fixture in a rush, and in an oil rubbed bronze finish and were pleased to find this on amazon. Arrived quickly, no broken parts, matches the other fixtures well, and when it IS lit, offers bright warm light. Utilitarian, though not a piece of art, but overall it was just right for our needs!

I recently updated my bathroom and changed the fixtures to "bronze". A friend installed it for me. It was installed above the mirror over the sink/cabinet. The package says you can install it with the lights facing up or down...I opted for down for easier cleaning. I also used 40 watt bulbs for a softer light. Higher wattage bulbs can be used. The only thing I have to do now is patch and paint the wall that is now exposed from the old light fixture. I would recommend this light.

Love the lights in our bathroom remodel but has anyone else had an issue with the lights leaning in toward the wall instead of straight down after mounting? The mounting bracket is flush to the wall yet the lights, (facing down), lean in towards the wall a bit instead of straight down at the vanity..

No complaints. This was easy enough for me to install with the expert assistance of my 7 year old daughter. It looks beautiful in my smaller guest bathroom. Be advised: If you have a larger bathroom this will not provide enough light and should be used as a secondary light source. The frosted glass filters the bulbs quite a bit. I still love it.

The fixture itself I love, but what I didn't love was the fact it did NOT come with instructions (Thank you YouTube) and it did NOT come w a mounting plate (off to Lowes I go).

Great solid light fixture. Shipping was fast! Very easy to install and looks great! Great value for your money. Color seems more black but matched just fine.

Was satisfied with the product and price and was a close enough match to the other light overtop another vanity in the same bathroom.
