Firm Hydrating Bakuchiol Serum

As someone who values both ingredients and effective results above all, this serum ticked all of my boxes. Let’s start with the star ingredient, bakuchiol. As a natural alternative to retinol, bakuchiol offers all of the benefits without the side effects such as irritation and sensitivity. I’ve consistent been using this the past couple of weeks and I’ve already noticed an improvement in my overall skin radiance and texture. My skin just looks more glowy and brighter. I also love that this formula is really lightweight, non sticky and absorbs really nicely into my skin. I even use this under my makeup sometimes and my makeup doesn’t pill whatsoever. As for the packaging, it’s standard but doesn’t feel cheap, and it looks great on my vanity which is always a plus! I’m just super happy I don’t have to use retinol anymore, because that made my skin super itchy and sensitive!! Highly recommend this especially if you have sensitive skin and want the glowiest skin

The Bakuchiol Serum is a great product. As someone who has thin, dry, and sensitive skin, finding a quality serum that is 1) hydrating, 2) absorbs well, 3) is not too oily/heavy, 4) doesn't have a strong artificial scent, and 5) is on an affordable price range has been a challenge. This serum ticks all the boxes. It saved my skin from heavy wind and dry weather throughout East Coast fall and winter. Highly recommend it!

If is not strong retinol that you need to worry about. It give first layer of hydration to my skin, but need to finish with moisturizer. I think it is a good starting retinol serum and recommend to use it daily.

I wanted to try an alternative to glycolic acid and retinol, and took a chance on trying bakuchiol. I love how it makes my face smooth and soft. It doesn’t have a strong smell and no irritation. I am using it a couple times a week and alternating with sombymi AHA BHA PHA serum and cream. I’m trying to use up a few mild Japanese toners that I already have with these and they all work well (no peeling, irritation or redness when stacking it). Skin is smoother, Less Blackheads and pores look smaller, no dry or red spots. :)

I enjoy how this serum has no strong fragrance. It great for my sensitive skin. It also feels very lightweight and it is a great alternative for retinol, since it may be harsh for some people. I like to use it at night for nice hydrated skin the next day. I would definitely recommend to those who want to minimize the look of their pores.

It comes in a pretty purple bottle and smells okay and seems to absorb well. I did feel some hydration so the quality is probably okay but I do think that I have seen no difference really.

THIS paired with a moisturizer after feels so good on my skin. The cute lilac color of the bottle is a little bonus haha. I have sensitive skin and this did not give me any problems. Also, just 1 or 2 drops go a longgg way. This just feels so good when you spread it on your skin. Not sticky, a little on the thicker consistency.

It is not working actually. Therr are no effects like just water.
