3 puzzles. 1uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numbers. The foam is not sturdy and tears easily.

How tall/wide are the letters?

The numbers are approx. 3 1/2" tall and the letters are approx. 1 1/2" tall

How thick is the foam?

It is thin - maybe 1/8" - great for bath time...

I only got 3 number puzzles and no alphabet puzzles like the package says. Is this common to happen?

I ordered a couple of weeks ago and received one number puzzle, one lower case and one upper case as described and in a timely manner.
