Very large very chalky hard to swallow. The old formula was perfect the pills were the same size but they were coated. I was surprised how dry they were just by dumping a few out in my hand I would have chalk dustall over my palm. I only took six per day they recommend eight as you cycle them in but I only took six per of old formula as well. You will have ample energy for a good burn. Will be looking for old formula not buying these anymore!,,

I've been using it seems since college off and on and the part I like is the time released energy it gives. The extra "punch" made a better baseball player and it helped me play competitive softball into my late 40's with better energy than men half my age at that time. Still use it in my 50's to retain muscle and energy and it's like herbal viagra!

For some reason, my body did not like this product. It gave me headaches. I am 53, 6' 2" and 225 lbs. Maybe it works better for younger guys.

Extremely dry and a lot of my tablets came broken. Not that I need it but it it did not come with the workout plan it said it came with... I bought Russian Bears about 5 or 6 years ago I saw results but back then the product was just better than it is now.

They're ok vitamins, I just didn't appreciate the fact that most of my pills were crushed.

Where can I find more of this stuff?! I took 2 bottles this summer and saw better results with these than any other vitamin I took. Stacked with the Russian Bear 5000 I piled on 15 pounds of muscle in 3 months. Can't find these vitamins anymore.

I chose this rating because when i recieved the bottle, over half of the pills inside were crushed up into powder, and thats not what i ordered, i orderd pills not powder

I lost some body fat but often had trouble sleeping with recommended doses
