This hose, combined with the following shower head (OFFO Shower Head,6 Modes Handheld Shower Head Large Powerful Boosting Handheld Showerhead for Low Water Pressure ShowerHead,Chrome) solved a major issue I had in my shower.The water used to be extremely hot, much hotter than through the bathtub tap (water mixer had to stay on the right side of the spectrum to avoid getting burnt when having a shower), and very difficult to calibrate in terms of temperature (going from cold to very hot when moving the water mixer by only 1mm). Second problem was that the water flow rate was low, significantly deteriorating the shower experience.Plumber came but diagnosed it was due to old building and nothing much could be done.I had previously changed the hose and shower head for new ones, thinking the malfunction might come from there, but to no avail.However I hadn't realised that most hoses, although 1cm wise in diameter from the outside, have flow restrictors inside, diminishing the internal diameter to 0.5cm.This used to dramatically increase the water pressure (water had to go through a surface divided by 4), and it seems that hot water in my building has a higher pressure than cold water, so that hot water was taking over much of the water flow when going through this restricted pipe diameter.The shower head I used similarly had a water restrictor at entry (3mm wide), pressuring the water flow further. Apparently these water flow restrictors aim to diminish water usage, which is good, but with terrible side effects in this case.Thanks to this hose and the corresponding shower head, both without any restrictors, the water flow can now progress without any pressure, keeping its temperature balanced and controllable, and with a much stronger flow rate.Showers have become so much more enjoyable now, I can't believe it was such a simple trick.

I bought this OFFO shower hose to replace an old one, and I’m really pleased with it. It was easy to fit, and it connected perfectly without any leaks. The stainless steel finish looks smart and feels much better quality than my old hose.The larger 11mm bore really does make a difference. It feels well made, durable, and has given my shower a noticeable upgrade for very little money. If you're looking for a good-quality replacement hose, I’d definitely recommend this one.

This did actually work better than I expected. It upped the pressure, on my old electric shower, through the shower head.

I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. I have previously used premium-brand shower hoses, but this is far better than those much more expensive products.The water flow is very good, even on a low-pressure system. I cannot comment on its durability yet, as I have only just started using it, but it looks and feels very well made.It was delivered with solid end caps to protect the threads, something even the premium products I have used did not have. Highly recommended.

Appears to be of good quality, lightweight and if standard length, easy to swap for old hose, just a case of screwing onto the shower pipe and then screwing the shower head on, size of fittings standard. No leaks, did not require the spare seals included in the package. Due to wider bore it slightly improved the low pressure shower pressure from terrible to almost adequate. Would recommend

Improved my water pressure by around 25%. This was easy to fit and appears well made. Overall does the job at a good price.

Habe einen Test mit meiner Dusche durchgeführt, hier mit diesem Schlauch ist ein 3 Liter Eimer in 9 Sekunden gefüllt. Mit dem Schlauch vorher, waren es 19 Sekunden. Vor und Nachteile ? ökologischer Nachteil wird vllt mehr Wasserverbrauch sein, aber als Vorteil sehe ich das Gefühl endlich wieder richtig Sauber zu werden. Denn ich mag es unter der Dusche nicht, wenn man 20 mal die selbe Stelle abspült und immernoch das Gefühl hat, dass da Seife ist. Das ist mit diesem Schlauch definitiv Vergangenheit. Ich bestelle mir noch einen, den ich mit in den Urlaub nehme. Wird wohl kein Vermieter meckern, wenn man für die Zeit des Urlaubs seinen eigenen Schlauch nutzt.

Alles al geprobeerd met mijn CW5 ketel, installateur vele keren langsgeweest. Soms was er voldoende water, dan weer maanden niet. Alles gedaan: gewone mengkraan, want elke thermostaatkraan is gefixeerd op waterbesparing.Bijna een hydrofoorpomp van vele honderden euro's geïnstalleerd, omdat de douche net te weinig water afgeeft.Deze doucheslang met grote afgifte heeft een doorsnee die twee maal zo groot is als standaard doucheslangen.Voor mijn doorstroom is het verschil tussen 9 en 11,2 liter water per minuut. En dat is nog niet de 14 liter die de ketel afgeeft. Maar net voldoende voor een snelle en efficiente douchebeurt.Vreemde is: binnendoorsnede van de slang is het grote voordeel, maar meegeleverd worden dan rubber pakkingringen met een kleinere binnendoorsnede dan de slang. Verruid door fiberringen die wel de ruimte bieden. Let daar op bij monteren van de slang
