LineBacker High Strength Door Security- None Better

This product is the best solution for securing doors. As a mechanical engineer and machinist, I really appreciated the good machine work & material selection. It is strong and the design is well thought out. Most importantly, from a safety perspective, the quick release latch makes me feel good about my home being secure while we are also able to easily escape in case of fire. Also worth mentioning is that the pet release feature also allows us to open the blinds during the day without having to remove the bar. Additionally, removing the bar is easy and that was an important thing for my wife since she wanted to be able to remove them when we have visitors; however, they really aren't bad looking.Doesn't damage door knobs like the angled grip bars did and they do not rely on rubber friction on the floor either.

Was a little skeptical on purchasing this since it didn't have any reviews and was $50 more than the only comparable product on the market, but found the device is exceptional. Very sturdy and easy to install. This will also help keep my little one from opening the door and walking out, since she has now figured out how door locks work. Having a motion sensor alarm when it opened would be a great enhancement for dementia care givers

Works very well. Seems extremely secure. People get a kick out of it. Make sure when you install you install the screws at a good angle. Only complaint is that when I twist the bar in order to "lock" it that there is a small gap. I feel it would be more secure if it was applying pressure to the door when it's in the "locked" position.

Very sturdy and well designed. Sadly not enough room on the side of the doorframe to install at my house - but seller graciously accepted return. Would still recommend to anyone with adequate room on the sides of their door frames to install.

For $150 + dollars I was expecting it to look better, being that its attached inside your home The one I received looked like it was used before. Scratches, scraps on metal, metal had different tones, tape covering the plastic body cover look like crap. The four screw head covers look bad. Other than the crapping aesthetics it seems very strong and it was very easy to install. I have pics but cant attached yet as there are no options to attached at time of this review.????? Why?

If you are like me, i looked all over amazon for some kind of strong door lock, especially for when i may camp out for a night and the family stays behind. I saw several different options, and then hidden away was this guy, the Linebacker. Strange thing is that is its name, but that is not the title for it on Amazon. I went to check out their website and it looked like a 4th grader built the logo and the website itself. Still, I liked the idea of it, and the functionality, so i went ahead and picked up two of them and installed them. I made a video of the install and its features, and showed the viewers how the functionality worked. This is much needed information since between Amazon and the manufacturer website left much to be known. You can search for "The Linebacker" on youtube

This is my second linebacker. It is the best device I’ve ever had that truly keeps your door intact. I’m happy with both of my units.I also appreciate the old fashion keep the customer happy experience, that I’ve experienced in purchasing my two linebackers. The customer service is outstanding. 😊
